The work that this company did for me was highly professional. The trees that were trimmed look very nice and we are very pleased with the work that was done on them.

They did a great job on the tree removal for me. The job was difficult because the tree was between 2 houses, but they did a great job and got everything cleaned up and taken care of.

Rainbow was prompt in answering the phone, booked an appointment at a convenient time, showed up on time, and did a professional job.

The call, they come and they save our trees. Rainbow has been protecting our elm for a number of years by treating it once every two-three years. We have watched trees all around our neighborhood get marked with the big orange X, but so far, our tree has escaped that fate. I credit Rainbow and their maintenance program. They keep the maintenance schedule and call me when it is time to have something done. One less thing for me to have to keep track of. When they are here to do the work they are always so friendly. It is clear that they care about their customers (the people and the trees).

Certified arborist met with us and explained the problems our oaks were having. Technician arrived and completed soil injections as well as deep root boosters for the trees. This meant injecting most of our lawn with the root care material since our oaks are old and the roots extend a great distance. Tech then explained our responsibilities in watering and maintaining trees. Company also recommended additional treatments for another two years to add to the health of one tree and hopefully save the other. We will do this!

They were very prompt from the initial consultation to the day the work was done. They did a great job on trimming our 20 year old tree and trimming/cleaning out our pine trees. The work was done quickly and the clean up was wonderful. Trees look great and are doing great. Won't have to trim them again for at least five years. I thought initially the price was a bit high but after seeing the job, I think it was a good price.

Amy and the rest of the folks from Rainbow are excellent. They are all very knowledgeable about what they're doing, take pride in their work, and take care to reduce collateral damage. I'm glad I have them to trust our trees to.

Amy Caldwell was our arborist and came out and did a thorough job looking at our trees and offering advice. I thought that she was very knowledgeable. Apparently, being the technician that performs the treatment is the job to have because while the tree was soaking up the fungicide he read a book and took a nap. :)

They are a very honest company. They come out when they say they are going to. They do a really good job. They always show up on time. They do a nice job cleaning up after themselves.

They arrived on time and did a good job. The price was very reasonable and they were easy to work with. I would highly recommend them and use them again in the future.

The project went well. They arrived on the day they said and got right to work. They cleaned up everything they cut and the trees look great.

I received a free consultation on a tree I was worried about. At the same time, I receive a bid for removal and for maintenance on some other trees. I fully plan on using this service once I pay off the bill from my electrician. ($600.00)

See above, we only had them give an estimate, no work was done.

They just cut down a few limbs and helped shape the tree. They did not really do any real improvement to the trees. We did call them about that, but that was it. I did not get the complete service that I thought I was going to get. There were branches that should have been cut off because we kept hitting them when we mowed. They just did only what was written down and absolutely nothing extra.

The whole process couldn't have gone better! They were incredibly professional throughout the whole job, from bid to billing. They were extremely knowledgeable about the different trees and how to care for them. They are the most professional company I have worked with thus far in the Twin Cities!

They gave a us a bid for both the tree treatment and also a bid to trim the tree. They were very knowledgeable and professional. They answered several questions I had. I only felt the bid for trimming the tree was a little high. Otherwise, they provided good service.

Ben Johnson came out to give the estimate for the work, and also provided some consultation for other trees in our yard. He also gave suggestions for smaller under story trees that could be added to enhance the yard. Ben explained that all the tree pruning is done by certified arborists, and that they do not hire seasonal workers. Now that the work is done, I can see the difference between my tree and my neighbor's tree, which was awkwardly pruned by a truckload of high school kids on summer break. Everyone from Rainbow that I encountered from the office people to the pruners and stump grinders were very polite and professional. The workers all cleaned up after themselves very well and even took away some other yard waste that was laying around. They may have been a little more expensive than the door-to-door yard worker, but definitely worth the expertise, especially when dealing with a large tree.

Although the bid is very high, we got other bids that were higher and I knew Rainbow would do a good job (and it was a very large tree). They blocked off the street and it took 5 hours and they did a great job. Very professional and they cleaned up very well afterward. Russell was the Arborist who we used and he was very helpful and also came out later to talk about what kinds of trees we might want to plant to replace the tree.

The arborist arrived on time and gave me an estimate. After acceptance, the trimming crew came and performed their work in an efficient manner. They cleaned up all the debris.

Rainbow sent somebody out two times for estimates. Both times, the individual was friendly and professional. He took the time to answer my questions and seemed genuinely interested in giving guidance regarding which trees should be removed. I was contacted within a 2-3 week period letting me know when the crew would be out to remove the trees, they showed up on time and did an excellent job of removing all trees and removing all debris. I did not have to clean up after them - excellent work, nice company to work with and reasonable prices.

They were great. They really spent a lot of time on the Dutch Elm diseased tree. It had rained a lot and it wouldn't soak, so they spent plenty of time making sure that it soaked in.

Overall it was very smooth. We didn't have to be at the residence. It was very convenient for me, and I was very pleased with the job. I've always got great work from them.

It was easy to schedule, and I got what I hoped for.

Initially called for an estimate to trim a tree and evaluate other tree issues . Found several issues. One tree had girdling roots. They air spaded the tree and found the girdling problem was worse than expected and could not remove the roots without harming the tree. They provided suggestions to prolong the life of the tree as much as possible. Another tree had a very bad spot in the trunk and was rotting out. Nothing could be done for it. We had to have them remove it to prevent possible damage to our house and our neighbor's house. We also have a pine tree which is dying and nothing could be done for it. They also provided watering recommendations for the trees.

This is a first class company to work with. After interviewing several other companies, Rainbows staff from Tony who did our estimate, to the work crew who actually did the work were professional, on time and did an excellent job in pruning large overgrown trees and shrubs throughout our yard. They knew their business quite well and were extremely helpful in answering questions during the estimate and during the actual work project.
