Justin from Rainbow Pest Control was prompt, courteous and listened to best assess our problem. He also offered suggestions of what we can do to help prevent this in the future.

I visited their firm to get an analysis of the insect that we had captured that was part of an infestation we were experiencing and the young man who helprd me correctly identifies the insect (Indianmoth) and suggested some things we could do to eliminate them without contracting their services. It worked and enhanced their reputation in our minds.

The service was great! Dave G. was our technician and he explained everything he was doing and answered all of my questions. We would definitely use Rainbow Pest Experts again.

They were punctual. They were very professional. We have kids and pets with asthma so they were very conscientious about that.

When we called they told us that it was not a good time of year to do it. The bugs had already arrived. They said to do it towards fall and they would call us when it was time to spray. I was very impressed. The bugs are gone now and we did not do anything so they could have come and sprayed, charged us for the work, and we would be in the same place we are now. I was very impressed that they were so honest and did not try to take our money unnecessarily. I will definitely use them when they call.

We had great service: very timely, informative, and thorough. Dave did both the interior and exterior on different days, I like that there is consistency in service. Time will tell if this takes care of our mouse problem (it's been less than 24 hours), but I am confident that it will and happy to have the warranty that comes with the service.

Steve came right on time. Looked at the ants in my daughters bed room and identified what kind they were. He said that we needed to spray outside but needed to wait for the snow to melt. He came back about a month later and sprayed. Now all the nasty ants are gone from my daughters bedroom and she is no longer afraid to fall asleep.

It went great. They responded to my phone call and the service arrived promptly. He was professional and was able to explain what was going on and how he was going to treat the problem. He then sprayed all around our house and swimming pool. He said the wasps should be gone within a few days or he would return. As he promised, they were gone by the third day. I would hire them again for sure. Plus they accepted a coupn from Angie's list.

We've used Rainbow Pest Control for several years - first started when we had some box elder infestations, and then used them for yearly service. The people that have come out have generally been quite friendly and helpful - giving us plenty of warning (when we've been home) so that our child can move his toys and stay out of the way... we've also been given advice for what we can do to help manage pests, and have been given extra traps when needed for places that typically don't get covered (the garage, for example). Our only problem with them - we haven't always known when they're going to come, so we are sometimes surprised to see the invoice on the front door!

They were very nice and gave me extra traps and tips where to put the traps. I fixed a spot with foam spray where they were getting in and the mice was caught within 5 days. No mice so far.

James came out to assess Ants, Centipedes and Spiders. He was very helpful in offering some effective treatments for centipedes and ants I could try on my own before spending on their more costly service. He treated the ants on interior and sprayed total exterior. Very kind, helpful and knowledgeable.

Overall, I was unimpressed. The guy that came to my house seemed unprofessional and was trying to talk to me about strange things unrelated to the task at hand. It was my understanding that they would come do an inspection of the home and help seal up any points of entry for mice. The guy told me he couldn't inspect the house or guarantee it's inspection because we had a deck attached to our house that they wouldn't be able to see under. He pointed out some possible areas but all he actually did was lay out some mice poison in little boxes in a few areas around the house... something I could have done myself for way less than $180. He said they would schedule a time to come back and pick up the containers but that never happened. Unsure if that was my fault but I didn't really want to spend another $200 to have them come back.

Scott Dorn came out and inspected the home and gave a very clear explanation and estimate. I found him to be extremely professional and knowledgeable. I learned a lot by following him around and having him explain the habits of mice. He thoroughly explained the options for ridding the current population and also taking the second important step of sealing the entry points so that the problem did not recur. We had him do both the elimination and prevention steps. Their work is guaranteed for two years. I highly recommend them!

They used a product safe for kids and animals to eliminate the problem and educated us on what to do if the problem continued to exists. They gave us a 30 day guarantee and informed us to get in touch if the problem came back. Fortunatly, we didn't have to get back in touch with them as the problem was elimated! Very good service, will definetly use them again if future needs arise.

I emailed Rainbow to have them inspect and take care of a mouse problem in our attic. Lane Zimmerman offered a free consultation. The man who did the inspection was helpful but did not know about the free consultation so he left us an invoice. We spoke with Lane at the office afterward, and he did not charge us, because he had told us he would not, even though we offered to pay part of the fee. We were very pleased and will call them again when we have our next critter problem.

I had tried another company first and that failed to change my mouse infestation.I'm not sure if the person was not educated in the mouse problem ,was not concerned enough or if the company didn't have a good system.

They came out the next day right away, were courteous and professional. They investigated the problem, and took care of it!

The experience we received from Rainbow Pest Experts was excellent. They took the time to discuss all options. Steve removed his shoes when entering the house! He also discussed how we could close up the one external entrance that the mice were using, which was a minimal effort, rather than having them come out a second time for an additonal $300. The company and the rep were/are very professional. I've worked with exterminators before and Rainbow offers parallel services. I would likely call Rainbow again because I received a follow up call which indicates to me that they do care about their customers and that's a HUGE plus in my book! I decided not to use them because I didn't want to go the posion route/mice. I'll see how the spider situation is this spring/summer.

James came out and did a thorough job examining previous work by another company. He offered suggestions on new baiting areas and provided the bait that day. We plan on using Rainbow for our pest services in the spring as we have been unhappy with our current provider. James was knowledgeable, polite and worked efficiently.
