Dave was amazing! We had another pest control company come to our home on 2 different occasions and we still had mice. Dave baited places the other company never even looked and inspected the entire foundation of the house, even under the deck. Again, this is an area the other company neglected. This was just the first of two steps, they will be coming back out to seal our foundation. ~Melissa

Great - called yesterday at noon, they were here the next morning. Dave was friendly and professional -- very good at explaining what we did and did not need. He determined that we did not need the whole house baiting, and that for the most part, our house looked well sealed. Even though this was just an inspection, he did take the time to bait the attic while he was inspecting it. I appreciated his ability to explain things, and his honesty. Hopefully in a couple weeks I won't hear the little mice anymore!

They were on time, did a great job, left detailed notes (I wasn't home when Steve came out), and all interactions have been helpful and courteous. I'd definitely use them again!

I was happy with them. I had a problem with infestation of ants, they came and did an overview. He was very honest, he said it wouldn't pay to do the treatment at this time which was a couple of weeks ago because in the winter the ants hibernate and so there's nothing to be gained and we have to wait until spring. I would say just based on being honest and concerned about treating customer right, I'd give an 'A' for that. They were there on time and I think he was very professional.

The technician was thorough and did a great job for me. Since I live in a townhouse, we discussed the limitations of service. My neighbors might not have the same kind of control over the mice problem. However, I was satisfied that Rainbow Pest did everything necessary to control my problem to the best of their ability. I was assured that the mice situation was not bad at this time so I am glad I had service when I did.

Great, they came when agreed, a smidge early (a good thing) I felt that the interaction with the application guy was good. He explained what was to happen, what to expect and what to do if the expectations did not match reality. No himming or hawing around, straight and direct. To date, carpenters have not returned,

As the weather turned cold, as usual, I had some unwanted visitors in the house in the form of mice. I have had other two companies come out in the years past and put some bait out and caulk around the usual suspects where they get in. But they always claimed because I had an area that couldn't be mouse proofed that they wouldn't warranty it. This un-warrantied area is an open space under the front entry that has no foundation but so close to the ground that you can't see or reach the foundation wall. This year I decided that Rainbow who has done right by me with their tree service was worth a call to their Pest service branch. Steve K. came out and actually suggested a fix for that "un-warrant-able" area and basically told me the other patch jobs actually weren't needed because I have a poured foundation. He baited the crawl spaces like the other vendors had done but came back today and actually mixed up cement and filled the area that no one else had a fix for. Plus he applied screen and so forth. I was blown away about the quality and time spent and to the extent of his handyman capabilities which other companies seem to send out people with less skills. He also convinced me to spend the money for a year contract because he could show me where and how it would help with other insects. And he cleaned cobwebs in my storage areas. I am so happy and have no doubt that my interior will be mouse free (it will take a few days for the bait to work) but also seal up the exterior so chipmunks, rabbits and mice will no longer take up residence under my front entry way. Rainbow Pest will be your one and only call and so therefore, they might be a bit more spendy but based on the price I paid for two other companies that didn't do the job right, pay only once to Rainbow Pest Experts.

David explained everything, answered all of my questions and provided a thorough treatment, all with a smile on his face. Very nice customer service experience. Great company!

I called after finding a colony of Carpenter Ants living inside the exterior wall and called Rainbow. They were able to come out the next morning, service was really prompt and the person showed up to do an entire walk around the house. The technician was really knowledgeable, friendly and was able to provide plenty of details about the type of pests (i.e. mice, ants) which might be an issue as we walked around the house. I got a report of the inspection, the perimeter spray was done in less than 20 minutes and was designed to kill the ants and the colonies that may be in the area. At the end I was asked if I had any other questions. It confirmed for me why Rainbow was a good choice based on the ratings and I'd recommend them as well as plan to use them again.

We had trouble with mice for a few years, and other pest control agencies were not able to get rid of them. Two years ago, Rainbow came and found the entry points, sealed the foundation, and put traps and bait in the house. We have been doing well with no evidence of mice since then. We are very grateful! Scott and the other workers have done a great job. I recently had Rainbow come out for a recheck, since I was concerned about some possible entry points, and they did more foundation sealing at no additional charge. We also had them treat for centipedes, and we are doing well now 2 weeks later.

They determined that we didn’t have a problem with pests so they did not need to perform any work. They did not charge for the assessment. I would highly recommend them and they were very professional.

Let me start by saying, I'm not normally bothered by ants. I live in an old house. I don't used pesticides in my garden and only in my home on very, very rare occasions. This was one of those times. Imagine: you wake up on a warm morning in your soft, comfy bed with a breeze blowing gently through the room. The windows are open, it's summer, and a fan is sending cool air through the room, ruffling the sheets. Then something hits you. In the forehead. You look down at your white sheets. Black spots. Something else hits you. You reach up, grab it and look at your hand: you see a large ant with wings. You get up and turn off the fan. Ants with wings on the bed. Ants--thousands and thousands of ants--all over the south wall and the floor. Many different sizes of ants, some with wings, some without. Creeped out yet? I was. Turns out we had an ant break-out--they had outgrown their nest and were looking for a new one. Andrew at Rainbow came and treated our foundation, along the entry wall in our bedroom, in spots where our phone line came into the house, and at the base of a tree that comes close to the house. I really wish they hadn't treated the tree--I would have cut branches away--but the ants went away in the period of time that Andrew said they would and haven't been back. Oh, and Andrew was polite, considerate, personable and professional, educating us as he went.

After our home inspection was completed Josh the inspector found mouse burrows in our foundation, and wasp nests under our back porch. Wasps and mice our are biggest problem, in one day Josh was able to pin point the problem spots that our previous pest inspectors couldn't find in the 12 years we have been using there services. ( Adams Pest Control). Needless to say I signed a one year service agreement on the spot. Rainbow sent out there tech Dave the following week to seal the foundation, install mouse baits, clear out all wasp nests, and cob webs. Dave was thorough and explained very clearly what he found a what ha was planing on doing to fix ant problems. I would highly recommend Rainbow Pest Experts to any one. I have used Rainbow twice in the past month and been really really pleased with them, so when I bought a new townhouse recently I knew who to call for the wasp nest and mice in the attic. I was very clear with the scheduler what the problems were and where they were. But the service person who came out informed me that they don't do attics; he would only throw some mice poison from where he stood on the ladder, and he wouldn't address the wasp nest. To be fair, he thought the nest was the kind used by harmless wasps (and perhaps it's old and out of use), but we don't know. When I told him that the scheduler apparently didn't know that they don't work in attics, he said they've never worked in attics in a tone that suggested I should have known better. If this were my only experience with them I would never use them again. But as I've had 2 other great experiences, I might consider them.

We had a couple of people stung by yellow jackets on our deck, but it took several days to find the ground nest just off the steps to the deck. It seemed very active so I decided to call in a professional rather than try to get rid of it myself. I called Rainbow late Monday afternoon, they told me the price over the phone and scheduled an appointment for Wednesday morning. When the technician arrived he surveyed the situation and then took a walk around the house to see if we had any other nests. He did find a couple of small wasp nests which he also treated. In the process of treating the ground nest, the wasps swarmed and got into his protective gear, so he had to hurriedly get out of the gear and stop the treatment. He said he had called another technician to come and take a look at the job and finish it if need be. The second technician arrived in less than an hour and looked over the nest and sprayed a little more "to make sure". Both techs were very professional and did a very thorough job. The nest was very large, but now it's gone. I wouldn't hesitate to call rainbow in again.

Any business just starting off should use this company's business model. They were fantastic to do work with. I called at 8:00 on Monday morning and basic information was given, they said they would have someone at my house between 10:00 and 11:00 that same day. I was expecting to get an appointment in a few days, but was super surprised to see that I could get same day service. The young man who showed up was very professional and really knew what he was talking about. He gave me all the information I would want, what he's going to do, how he was going to do it, how long it would take and how much it would cost. The cost was very competitive and was warranted for 60 days. The technician started and was done within about 30 minutes. He met me outside and explained what he had done and told me that since I found them on Angie's List, I was entitled to a reduced rate. Another surprise! I was very impressed with the office staff and Josh who treated my home. I will call them again if the hornets decide to move back in.

Fabulous! They accomodated my schedule, came back to finish because we had landscaping working going on that prevented their full treatment. He quickly identified the likely entry point for ants. They also identified a new wasp nest high up and got rid of it. The ants disappeared immediately. Dave and Gus were knowledgeable, quick, and very professional. I've just bought a new house that clearly has some rodent issues, and I've already scheduled them to come out.

They were able to give me a slight discount. They were able to take care of the hornest nests, and also inspected around the perimeter of the home. He was very thorough in his work. If I have an issue that involves insects, etc, I would not hesitate to call them again.

The service was performed in a professional manner but, will hold off judgement and comments to see what the results are.

From the first phone call to the final application, the staff was very professional, courteous and knowledgeable. I researched several companies through Angie's List and the Better Business Bureau as well as asking friends. The Rainbow Pest Experts were up there with the best of them. The coupon offer was the deciding factor. Now that I have used them, I would call on them again.
