Description of Work: We were selling our house and needed to get rid of a hornets nest that was under the overhang of the roof. They misunderstood me when I gave them the address in South St Paul which is its own city, not the south side of St Paul. Honest mistake so they did come that day, just late but gave me a discount because of it. Explanation of what needed to be done was great. It looked scary, I guess hornets are pretty fierce. I was told if the hornets did come back to call and they'd come spray again. No need to though, the bugs were gone!

Description of Work: I contacted them due to an unusually large mouse infestation this winter. They were prompt to respond and complete the work and Justin was outstanding! I have not seen a mouse since!

Description of Work: Called on Friday to see treatment for wasps, estimate for mice. Not available for a week, but schedule an appointment. They called back an hour later with a slot the following day. Found and treated wasps, laid out what the mouse service would be and what I could do on my own. Left me a detailed evaluation of mouse issues and did not pressure me into the mouse service, which was nice.

Description of Work: I called about an infestation of "moth flies". The person I talked to gave me much useful information and was very knowledgeable. He also said that there was nothing that he could think of that they could do. I appreciated the information he gave me and his honesty. I would definitely use this company in the future.

Description of Work: I called asking about bed bug treatments which they do not offer; they were very helpful on the phone making a referral to another company who could help me and explaining what to expect and ask for with the other company. I would not hesitate to use Rainbow pest for anything they do offer- they were extremely professional and helpful

Description of Work: Thought I had termites but only had ants. They came right away and took care of it.

Description of Work: We live on a wooded lot and routinely have had mice in the fall. James reviewed the situation and showed us where there were a few holes between the siding and the foundation. He followed up the following week filling the holes and we have not had any mice since. Horray! I wish we had called them sooner.

Description of Work: I had a huge wasp/hornet hive in one of my trees that I had not seen earlier in the summer. As the leaves started falling from the tree I took a look at it and realized it was not something I wanted to deal with. I called Rainbow Pest Experts on Saturday and they sent Dave out on Monday to spray the hive. I was told that I would have to watch it for 5-7 days untl the wasps were gone and then I could remove the hive. I was surprised to find that when I came home Dave had treated the hive and had removed it as well. This was a great relief since the hive was very close to where I had been gardening and the number of insects was large. I appreciated the fast and complete removal of the problem!

Description of Work: I had located a couple bugs in my house that I thought might be roaches. I was very concerned as they say once you find a couple it means the problem may be far worse. I was able to catch one and took it into Rainbow's office in Minnetonka. Their insect expert inspected the insect and determined that it was not a roach and there was no need for concern. He was correct in that I never found one again. If I ever have a pest issue in the future, I will be calling these guys.
