They gave me suggestions, but didn't try to sell me anything. I appreciated their information. They solved the problem. I would hire them again.

Rainbow Pest Experts were so helpful! I am phobic about mice, so when I called Rainbow on 12/11/07, I asked them to come right away (I'd seen a mouse in my kitchen). Two days later, Jan Anderson came. He arrived about 20 minutes early. I wasn't home, but he inspected the outside of my house until I arrived at the appointed time. He then walked with me around the house, explaining where holes and gaps were and how he would seal them. He then inspected the interior, and showed me where he saw signs of activity. He explained how the bait works, answering my many questions very patiently and thoroughly. A week after he visited, Matt from Rainbow called to see how things were going (even though Rainbow says you cannot be sure the problem is solved until 3 weeks after the visit). I have not seen a mouse or any evidence of a living mouse since Rainbow came. The service came with a one-year guarantee, which is comforting.

Jan arrived as per scheduled visit to initiate service, spent 2 hours inspecting and closing off mouse entry points. Since the weather had cooled to a temperature where insects were no longer a problem, we did not have the outdoor areas sprayed. However, we were encouraged to phone for such service should the temps. become warmer and if insect invasion became a problem. The mouse entry point was discovered and sealed off, we were encouraged to wait 3 weeks for the problem to resolve and to phone following for any further problems. We are very pleased with the service and are encouraged that the mouse problem appears to be solved and look forward to the next professional visit to remedy what insect problems will present itself again in the Spring, Summer and Fall months.

They have been very professional, quick to respond and their treatments have done wonders.

We have lived in our house for 8 years and have not gone one 12-month period of time without catching 1-3 mice. The last straw was the mouse in our bedroom! I called Rainbow and they scheduled an appt later the same week. Erin was punctual, pleasant and thorough. I like the 6 month guarantee and Angie's List coupon. I was specifically searching for a company that would solve the problem--find and fill entry points rather than just charge over and over for setting out bait stations. Erin said their goal is to never have to see us again! Here's hoping!

One inspector came out and said he was not able to complete the job because he needed more supplies, he said someone would call me to set up another appointment. No one called. I called again and set up an appointment, someone came out and had no idea anyone had been there earlier. He was very nice and did a very good job.

The technician found the entry points into our house around our foundation and sealed them. He also found the pathways the mice were taking and set up several traps. He did a good job explaining mouse behavior and how to help prevent future mice infestation. Our first, and hopefully last experience with a pest exterminator, and we were extremely happy with them!

MICE!!! Totally gross. Erin from Rainbow was a pleasure to work with and was very professional. She caulked around the outside of my house, put bait/poison inside and baits outside. I have a lot of confidence in her work. I've had this done twice before by another company for the same cost each time and they didn't do half of what she did. Keeping my fingers crossed that I don't have anymore visitors. If I do they will come back to help.

Called and they were able to come out several days later as it was a holiday weekend. Scott came out and sprayed the nest. He was very helpful in providing information. Prompt and reliable service.

See above. Scott used copper mesh and silicone caulk to plug mouse holes. Took his time, answered my questions and reassured me it would work. Told me what to expect and what to watch for. Showed me how to check bait traps and refill them as needed. 6 month warranty. Applied discount as Angie's List member. It seemed expensive but will be worth it if the mouse problem is eliminated.

I was very pleased with the service. The woman who took my call was pleasant and helpful, as was Scott, who did the work. As far as I can tell, the ants are gone. I can't comment on the price of the service since I didn't seek a second bid. I just wanted to get it done!

They did a good job. They did have to come back, but there was no charge, and we were very happy.

I wasn't impressed, and I will not use again. They only treat outside of home for carpenter ants, they do nothing on the inside of home, such as looking for nests inside the house and treating appropriately with gels, etc. From what I have learned from other sources and from my own reading, you need to bait the carpenter ants inside your house too, if you can locate possible nests. I specifically showed the service guy where I thought they were coming into my home, from ant trails I had observed, and he didn't bait that area. I had to have them back for a 2nd spray and will call for a 3rd spray as I am still seeing ants. I feel like $230 is expensive for this particular service. I have used Terminix and they will treat both in and out.

I can't say enough positive things about this company. When I made the initial call, I asked if they could come out the same day. Rick, the person who answered the phone, said he would find out. A short time later I received a call, and he said someone could come out within a few hours. The first person who came, exterminated the bee nest, then told me he would look around the perimeter of the house to see if there were any other areas that needed exterminating. He found another nest, and took care of that as well. He also explained to me that their work is guaranteed for 60 days. That was a great thing because they had to come out 2 more times. We arranged an appointment for the 2nd time. Scott, the person who came out the second time said he might have to come out again because the nest was so large. He was right. I called the office back the next day, and Scott happened to be a mile away. He got to our house within 10 minutes. After 3 tries, the bees were eliminated.

Seven hundred dollars is annual contract. They kept coming back even after they could not hear it. I was really impressed.

I called Friday, and Scott came out an hour earlier than expected. He is a very nice young man. He found the nest right away and sprayed. He is coming back in a few days to close up the nest since I don't have a caulking gun. It should have been $149, but I got $20 off for being an Angie's List member. Thank goodness for people like Scott Dorn!

They were very nice, they provided a lot of education about what was going on, why things were happening, and what to do. Very thorough.

We thought they were carpenter ants, but the technician thought they were just the kind that lay eggs. She sprayed around the house and assured us that it would kill both kinds. They were darling! She was very serious about the job she was doing. She let us know that they also do tree care and lawn service. They were very nice, and because I got them from Angie's List, they left the bill in the door so that I could send it in later, since I had to leave the house for a while. The person who did the spraying was very knowledgeable, and I liked her a lot!

The initial phone staff was very informative and helpful and even called back later to clarify, very thorough! The gentleman who did the actual exterminating was friendly and very respectful. Everyone was friendly and very efficient. I would HIGHLY recommend them!

IT TOOK SOME PERSISTENCE TO FINALLY GET SOMEONE ON THE PHONE TO CALL BACK AND SCHEDULE, BUT AFTER THEY DID THEY WERE FANTASTIC. THEY TOOK TWO DAYS TO COMPLETE THEIR WORK. THEY CAME IN ON THE FIRST DAY TO UNDERSTAND WHAT WE WANTED AND THEN CAME BACK LATER THAT DAY AND REMOVED EVERYTHING AND CLEARED OUT THE MITES AND DEBRIS. THEY CAME BACK THE NEXT DAY TO INSTALL THE WIRE FENCING AND ROOF ADHESIVE PATCHWORK AND DISINFECT. VERY HUMOROUS TO WATCH CONFUSED PIGEONS BANG INTO FENCE AND FLY AWAY. WE DON'T HAVE PIGEONS ANYMORE.

Scott was very friendly when I called explaining the reason the spiders were probably a problem. He then explained the service and the offerings as well as the service that would be provided. He said he could have a technician out the next day. We made an appointment for 2 the next day. The tech called in the morning wondering if I wanted to have the service done early as he had had a cancellation. I was at work, so we agreed to keep the original appointment. He was fine with that. He arrived exactly at 2pm and explained what he would be doing. He was very efficient and professional.

This company is wonderful! We have been experiencing a rodent invasion since last fall and as this is a 100 yr old house, the only thing unusual about that is that it has continued past the spring. Last week the invader was a larger variation on the theme. Scott came quickly after my call, evaluated the situation which required cement work which he does not do. He immediately called someone whom he thinks does terrific work of the kind we need and set up an appointment for them to come and do what was necessary. He actually set traps in several areas before he left, at no charge. He was at our house for about an hour.

Excellent. Very professional in every aspect. They told us to give it a full three weeks, and if the problem with the ants was still there they would respray at no charge. It took about two weeks, and they were gone.

Prompt and on time. Everything was a win win. So nice when I called to talk to them. So sharp and professional.

I called Scott late in the day on a Tuesday and he returned my call within an hour. He came to my house the next day and was super knowledgeable and helpful, educating me on the source of the flies and what to do to eliminate them. He spent about a half hour at my house and did not charge me a thing. He assured me that he could come back if additional problems develop and gave me complete information on what to do to assure that the flies will not return. I will definitely call him if I have any other pest/insect problems!
