Overall it went very well. They were very punctual and professional. They did a very thorough job. The only issue that I had was that they gave me a long sales spiel about extended service contract, and that's not something I was interested in. They got the job done and the carpenter ants went away.

They did a bad job. I was not very happy with them. No bad reflection on the worker that came out, but the person on the phone did not ask me what type of foundation I had which caused problems. I paid too much.

The man that came out was very professional. We haven't had a problem since. I was very satisfied with their performance and they were reasonably priced. We would use them again.

I have had an ongoing battle with carpenter ants and was losing trying to treat them on my own. There pricing was reasonable, and provided great customer service. Mike, the technician who serviced my home, did a complete inspection of the problem areas, and walked me through the recommended treatment. It started to rain heavily right after the outside treatment was complete and they immediately scheduled a second treatment for a rain-free day. When finished, he provided an overview of other treatment options available, including a year-round program, which by the way, is very impressive. I would have a difficult time calling anyone other than Rainbow Pest Experts for future problems and highly recommend them! They are a very good service provider.

They were quick to respond and they were on time. The woman was very friendly and enthusiastic about her job. They guarantee their work and will come back if necessary fro no additional charge. They use environmental friendly products.

Jan spent about 45 minutes at our house, and provided written and verbal recommendations - and even a free sample of the caulking that Rainbow would use. They came within 48 hours of our non-emergency call, and made an appointment for a weekend!

Scott was very informative both on the phone and when he came to inspect. I thought he and Erin were thorough, friendly, and respectful. I would recommend using them.

They showed up on time to do the work. They told us what they were going to do. They were smart with what they were doing. They were very courteous when they were there.

After listening to mice crawl around in the walls for a few months and finally seeing one scamper across the basement, I called Rainbow Pest control (found them on Angie's List). The person answering the phone was very professional and knowledgeable. She explained the pricing options for one-time and on-going annual services. She found a time that worked for me later that week and told me Erin would be the person working on the house. Erin was scheduled to be at my house at 3:30. She called me at 3:30 to warn me that she was running a little late and would be there in 10-15 minutes. She showed up about 10 minutes later. After walking around the house and explaining all of the issues to her, she went to work sealing the house to stop the mice from entering the house. The front entryway to my house was a few stairs with a lot of cracks. Eric explained that she could fill in all of the cracks in the stairway, but it may not look that great. I told her to go ahead, since we plan to replace the steps in a year or two anyway. It took her over an hour just to do the steps because there were so many openings. The end result looked great and I really appreciated the extra effort she put in. When we went in to the laundry room to look in to the tiny bugs infestation, she determined that they were carpet beetles. She told me she didn't have a great deal of experience with them, but called someone else to find out the correct way to treat the area. Generally, Erin was very knowledgeable and explained everything she was doing. She was very concerned with making sure that I was satisfied with her work and that she didn't overlook anything. In total, she was at my house for three and half hours until about 7:15 primarily making sure all of the holes and cracks into my house were filled. I was very impressed with her dedication and I really felt that I got my money's worth. This is the most satisfied I have ever been with a contractor or service call of any type.

We had a carpenter ant problem that migrated from a tree to our house. We had them out four different times and that solved the problem. They were very professional and prompt. They were very knowledgeable and made many educated recommendations. The manager came out to make sure that the situation was taken care. We were grateful to AL for making such a great recommendation.

They gave us an estimate and they were right on with the price. The residents had to leave for about three hours, but we have not had any complaints since about cockroaches. They were very professional and efficient. Because we had to work around their schedule and mine, I think they were very punctual and accommodating.

The rep that came to our house, Mike Misk, was great from start to finish. Very personable and knowledgeable. He answered all of our questions and told us exactly what he was going to do. Since he just made the original site visit today, it'll be a couple of weeks before we know how affective the treatment was. We signed up for four additional treatments over the course of the year to take care of not only the mouse issue, but spiders, wasps, hornets, millipedes, etc... Mike made a very favorable first impression and is a great rep for Rainbow.

Things went well. The moth problem is under control.

From the first phone call to the company, through the consultation, and later having the extermination: everything was done well. The consultation (technician Scott Dorn) provided a lot of information with a trip outside to see the different kinds of ants along with the possible nesting sites of the ones that might be our invaders. There was no pressure to purchase. In fact, Mr. Dorn stated that he thought the problem was a one time occurrence due to a disturbance to an outside next and would probably not occur again. In addition, he gave information about how we would know if we did indeed have a problem. When we did find out that we had some ants searching for food on a regular basis, the service was scheduled right away, the tech sent was courteous and efficient. He even reminded us that we had an Angie's List discount which we had forgotten. Since the service is guaranteed for six months, we will be into winter before the coverage time expires. We feel confidant that our money was well invested.

We have had mice in the house for some time - could never get rid of them. After they sealed the foundation in October of 2007, our cat kept catching mice. Another person came out in March of 2008 and discovered several entry points in the garage, which he sealed. He also set bait traps around the house this time. After that, we have not seen any more evidence of mice.

My dog got a hold of on of the pellets that were placed in the bathroom. I got to him before he broke it open. Otherwise, the service was fine.

I felt that he did a very good job. Also have a 6 month guarantee.

Called them and left a message. They called back within an hour. Phone representative was friendly and knowledgeable. Apologized for missing my call. Explained what they do. Scheduled the call at my convenience. Technician arrived at my home 1/2 hour early (7:30 a.m. instead of 8:00 a.m.). This was OK as I was up and prepared for him. He asked me to explain what was happening. He thoroughly explained what he was going to do and got started. Whenever he found a problem, he came in the house and asked me to come out so I could see what he was doing. He found mice had chewed through the styrofoam sealant on the block foundation in my garage and were gaining access to my home through the garage. He also found several suspect areas outside. He sealed everything and then came in my home and placed bait stations in suspected mice areas. He was very friendly and professional even though it was below zero outside and he was freezing.

I didn't have to be here the second time they did the work. All of the work was included into one price. I would use them again in the future.

The appointment was kept in a timely manner. The exterminator was very professional and on time - he made sure to call ahead of time to confirm and actually arrived a few minutes early. When I called back to ask additional questions, my call was handled courteously and I was assured that I could call back any time.

They are able to get someone out any day no matter how cold it is to seal up holes around the house. They were also able to schedule someone to come out within the next week, however we are going to wait until spring. They gave us all of their plan options.
