Rainbow Pest Experts has always done a good job for me. They are thorough with their work. I think that their prices are a little bit high.

I was told to look for a sharp decline in ant population in 3 to 5 days, and total decline in a few weeks. Since about 24 hours after she sprayed, I haven't seen an ant anywhere....completely wiped them out, and there were a lot.

They do very reliable good work. The price is moderate and quite competitive with others. They are very good and I have no need to check other peoples prices. They can also do tree trimming and lawn care. They came back in the spring to make sure all the branches they had cut in the winter were picked up because they had fallen through the snow.

He came in and had a look for 5 minutes and told me where they were coming from and what to do. I applied some ant poison in those places and they were gone. I was pretty happy about that. He didn t charge me anything. He was great and knowledgeable. He was punctual and I had no problems at all.

My husband worked with the company reps and said they are very knowledgeable, punctual and thorough. We will use them again later in the spring for the outside treatment.

They did a really thorough job. I was really impressed with the work they did ? it was great!

Everything has been going very well. They did a lot of cleaning before setting the traps in the basement. They were very thorough and I'm sure their methods will work.

They gave us a year's guarantee to call them if we had a problem. They were prompt in arriving. We had moths and bugs, which we thought were ticks, but he said it was weevils and they were harmless. We also had the ladybug kind of bugs that bit. We sprayed the inside of the house to take care of it and they sprayed pretty well. They even dealt with the mice. We had a mouse and they came in after two days. The guy took care of it in more ways than I expected, which was really good. They did the initial inspection, the actual work and they sealed the whole outside of the building too. They even climbed underneath the porch and underneath the deck in the back to do the job. There were really competent. They guaranteed the work and lived-up to it.

They are very punctual. They are very professional. They tried to get the job done. But it ended up just being a little mouse trap that killed the mouse. I would recommend them.

I would recommend him to others. We got way more then we expected. They came and showed us where we might get mice coming in. He gave us some caulk and showed us how to fix the problem. It was a good experience and I would recommend them to others. They are a quality company.

They were very good about making sure that they inspected everywhere. They said there was no way anything got into the house after inspecting the roof so they didn't end up charging us anything. We were very impressed with them.

Could not have gone better. It's not often these days that you get something for nothing, but we totally did with Rainbow. I called and told them that we were Angie's List members and the very friendly receptionist immediately noted that we could get a full inspection for free. Then we were able to schedule it for a weekend only a few days later (very convenient for us, less for them!) Jan was completely on time and very friendly and professional. Walked us around the exterior of the house and showed us where the mice were likely coming from. Also inspected inside the house and offered more tips. Did not give us a hard sell on services and was supportive of our hopes to do it ourselves (even gave us some caulk for free!) Really, we were so impressed to get so much great information and would definitely use them if our efforts to get rid of the mice fail.

They quickly came out and gave me an estimate, explaining in detail the different plans and services that they provide. I then agreed to a plan and they came out to do a treatment within four days.

Getting the appointment took a bit of doing as they called back once, but didn't call back after my return call, so I had to call again. The person who came out did the inside work but it was raining, so he deferred the outside work, which was done about a week and a half later. It's hard to evaluate the results as we have to wait to see if we get any evidence of further problems.

Overall, their performance so far has been superb. Mike Minsk has not hesitated to consistently go the second mile to help us.

Very well. No mice. Limited number of spiders. Significant improvement from previous years. This is the first time I am using their services.

The appointment for an estimate was made immediately coordinating our schedules. Scott Dorn came to our house for the estimate within a day or two. I was really impressed with his investigation into our problem. As opposed to another company who came and just looked around the house, Scott had his flashlight and thoroughly investigated possible problem areas in the basement and outdoors. He checked into areas under the decks. He did an exceptionally thorough job. He sealed up the house and set traps for mice that may remain in the house. I would highly recommend Scott to anyone who needs help with pest control. He really knows his job and I believe we would not have had the same care taken from the other company.

They were good, they came out when they said they would, they gave us a good quote and a six month warranty, they were very responsive and professional.

Responded very quickly and were professional, efficient on site. Gave good information about how the problem was solved.

Every year for the past 5-7 years we kept getting mice in the house and garage. Last year I had a so called "professional" pest control contractor come out to take a look. He caulked a couple of areas, threw down some poison, charged me $200.00 and left (what a rip off). We have had no problem killing the mice, we just needed them to stop coming in. I called Rainbow and they came out promptly to evaluate. Within 15 minutes Scott Dorn finished the evaluation and showed me exactly where and how they were getting in. He then proceeded to fix the areas while explaining how to keep them out in the future. The price paid was extremely fair and I would not hesitate using their services in the future or referring them to others (I've actually already referred them to 1 of my customers).

During the initial phone call, the receptionist was very friendly and explained how the service worked and that there were no guarantees. The first visit, the operator explained exactly what he had done and how many poison worms he had placed. He said he would remember where he had placed them for the next visit. He said he would be back in a week to check for new activity and that I should receive a phone call from the company before so I can mow the lawn before he comes. No phone call came and he showed up. He agreed to come back another day. No phone call again, but fortunately, I had mowed. On the second visit, he said since he say no new activity he would place no more worms out. The third visit I did get a call and he placed one or two worms out. I felt it was a waste of money for there was no change in the mole activity. I think the service should be spread out over a longer period of time. I think the operator should have a map indicating where the worms were placed rather than going on his/her memory. I also think it was completed too early in the spring (May). It would have been more effective in the summer. I believe they should have given me that information.

When we moved into our house a year ago, we were warned by the house inspector that there were some mice. We put it off for a while and tried trapping them ourselves, but the problem wasn't getting any better. We had Rainbow come out to address the problem. They sealed the house and put out some poison. We found a few dead mice inside and out for about a week after the visit, and there has been no evidence of mice for the past year. (We were warned we might find mice for at least a month.) They were also cautious of where he put poison out because we have a toddler. We are so happy we got rid of the problem in a single visit. Several months later we decided we had a terrible box elder bug problem. Because of the great experience we had with Jan and the mouse removal, we called Rainbow back to get on their maintenance plan. We had a bug problem before they were here, and there are virtually no bugs left now. We went from having hundreds of bugs on the outside of the house each day to having only a few. It has also pretty much eliminated bugs inside. Jan has treated for bugs in areas I didn't even realize had a problem until he pointed it out. I love the fact that we consistently have the same person doing all treatments.

They are very good! They are very friendly and prompt and work with our schedule. In the Fall, they come and spend a lot of time dealing with mice, and they do the work great! They are very thorough and we are very happy with them. The same guy comes out all the time, and it's nice to have familiarity instead of having a complete stranger come.

They were very good, he was very good at looking around the yard for certain bugs, and it was a very good experience up until I tried getting back to him . I have not heard from him.

Rainbow was prompt and professional. They came within their scheduled time and I will call them again this year to treat my house again.
