Both visits went very well. James and his assistant were punctual, efficient, and communicated their findings and plan well.

The technician was on time for both visits. He was very professional, did a great job explaining the work being done, and got it done in the time that had been estimated. He did a very thorough job, even sealing areas that weren't problem area for mice but could be for ants and such. I was very pleased with the job they did.

They're very punctual and nice. My interaction with them was good and the work was perfect.

I came home and there were hundreds of spiders and cob webs. I called and had to argue for a very long itme as they tried to get me to buy another package. The were rude and I was disappointed

The person on the phone was great but the first person to come out really wasn't very impressive. He talked a good game but really didn't do anything nor did he seem to want to. I convinced my wife to give the company a second chance as we were really under siege and had been for a long time by rodents and insects. Fortunately, we never saw the first guy again and the second and succeeding times we had the same person handle our account. He was a wonderful young man who worked hard to fight off the yellow jackets. Then, on succeeding dates, he spent considerable time finding and sealing possible entry ways the rodents might be using (from both outside and inside our home) and in places we didn't even notice were a problem until he located them. He then set up baited traps in places we never thought to place them with types of materials that don't kill the rodents in your home but allow them time to leave and die away from the home. He also addressed the attic with bait. He came back several times to inspect the traps and rebait as well as to spray along the foundation for insects inside and outside the home. We started the service some time in August and he came back to fix specific problems, to perform checks, and to do preventative baiting and spraying a number of times throughout the fall and early winter. We have the year-long service and so we will expect to see him soon (about once every other month). The results have been wonderful. The extremely cold November we had I thought would really put them to the test and we have found no evidence for any rodent activity nor have we had the usual spider and insect infestations we typically get as summer turned to fall and winter.

We turned to Rainbow Pest a couple times over the past year to deal with pest nuisances, including pavement ants in the summer and mice in the winter. They have been consistently outstanding in the quality of service and their employees are exceptional. They do a great job at scheduling over the phone, know when techs have been out the house before, honor their warranties when pest issues recur, and do their best to fix the underlying problem. Their techs are very knowledgable and helpful, wear booties while inside your house, and work quickly and efficiently. We are strongly considering hiring them for an annual contract given the issues we've had at our house the past year.

With the bee issue, it seemed to resolve the issue. They came out as far as response time and as far as the problem,by the week. They came back again. Good follower and the price was right. The response was quick. They were efficient. They seem to be pleasant. The price was labeled up front and they said they can do and said they can guarantee. When I called them the second time, they couldn't come straight away but they told me that they were busy right now and they would have somebody out. Very quick, 3 to 4 days. 4th day, they were here and they called before. Very efficient office.

They were very professional. They seem to know what they were doing. They answered all my questions. They were very good in responding. They were the company that showed up when we checked Angie’s List. It’s the company we worked with and we didn’t get a quote from anybody else.

I cannot recommend this company highly enough. They were NICE, efficient and professional, understood the problem (mice ... lots of mice everywhere) and set about to solve it. I was extremely satisfied on every level. But particularly this: A job may be finished, but afterwards there may still be a problem. Two months after the mice eradication procedure was completed, I spotted a couple of live mice in my basement. I hope I didn't sound terribly hysterical when I called, but I left a message asking them to call me back. Within TWO MINUTES they returned my call, and the very next day, one of the men was here to resolve the problem. I have worked initially with David, then with Josh. Both couldn't have been nicer, more efficient, more courteous. I have never been more impressed with any company, and they rate an A+ in every area. If you have a Super Service Award, they should be on the top of the contender list for that. The best part is ... I know if the problem persists they'll be here to fix it immediately. When I called I was able to obtain next day service. The service provider was punctual, professional and did not charge for the trip after determining the nest was inactive. This was a pleasant surprise.The provider answered all of my questions. I would absolutely use this provider again for any pest problem in the future. Thank you.

They treated the carpenter ant infestation in the front of the house. James was very professional and explained what I could do to decrease the chances of them coming back. I called to confirm the appointment and to make the appointment. Both times, the customer service was beyond fantastic.

Wonderful. I left a voide message on Sunday (9/7). Received a call by early Monday morning (9/8). They explained what need to be done, when they would do it and how much it would cost. They came out this morning (9/9) and removed the nest. Cannot get better service than that! They are they best and I will most certainly recommend them to everyone.

From the first phone call we made to Rainbow Pest Experts we knew we had the right company. We had never had to call a pest control company before so we did not know what types of services we might need. As we explained our pest situation, the company representative did a fantastic job of laying out the different services and costs. Based on the discussion it seemed best that we do a consulting type of service first that would help us determine our next steps. I believe that the representative's name was Jane and she was very friendly and very helpful. On the day of our appointment James arrived exactly on time and was very professional and also a really great person. He took a lot of time with us as he inspected our property. He took his time to explain things and answer all of our questions. It was obvious that he knew what he was doing. What I was really impressed with was that he did not pressure us into buying additional services and simply and clearly explained what our options were for our next steps based on what he found. He even presented options that we could do ourselves. I was very impressed. It is my impression from this interaction that this company is very honest and forthright and I felt that they were trying to help us with our pest issues and not just trying to sell us services. I will certainly use them again if the need ever arises! I wish Angie's List had an A+ rating - because Rainbow Pest Experts deserve it!

They work very quickly, they are good, they do a good job so, and they have prices available. Overall experience, I will give them an A.

I heard scurrying one winter night and called Rainbow for my free 2 year warranty service. The guy came out and plugged up the holes he saw, laid new traps and recommended I replace my front doorstep. Did I mention this was free and all part of their service? I hate creepy crawly critters, and I will always hire Rainbow to deal with that stuff for me.

Service was prompt and effective. Would use them again.

I would be calling them again this year. They were great. They did a great job.

I called Rainbow on Tuesday and set appointment for Friday. We had seen large and small carpenter ants outside of our home and a few inside. Joshua arrived on time and listened attentively as I explained our concerns and showed him where we were seeing the ants. He thoroughly inspected the grounds, trees, and around the foundation. He found a nest in old firewood in the yard. He also found a few pavement ant nests. Joshua explained the effectiveness of Rainbow's treatment and was very knowledgeable about how it works. He answered my questions about safety regarding my family and pets. I was satisfied with the plan and Joshua proceeded to spray around the entire foundation, tree trunks, deck supports, concrete walkways and chimney. The treatment is guaranteed for 6 months and if we still see activity after 30 days, they will come back to address the issue. The entire visit took less than an hour.

$600 and four months later we still have mice. Steve made a return visit and "found no evidence of mice." Since then, I've seen three mice, captured one by hand, and we've seen a lot of evidence of mice. There's apparently a nest in my recliner and this morning we found much evidence on the kitchen counter. Not happy.

It did! Their advise for dealing with our meal moth infestation eliminated the problem entirely. They win our integrity and customer attention award!

The team initially thought there were squirrels nesting by my chimney, but soon realized it was birds. The team blocked the birds from getting into that space. The team also went beyond the basics and replaced soffit covers that had dislodged during the winter and covered a fan vent. The team always arrived at the scheduled time and explained what they were doing and why.
