David was very thorough in inspecting my house, cleaning cob webs, treating the foundation and the exterior, and explaining what he was doing and why. I am confident that David and Rainbow Pest Experts will take good care of my house so that my family will be safe but also free of pests.

Called and spoke with Matt. He explained the service and gave me an estimate over the phone, including a $50 discount for using two services on the same day (mouse and wasp) and a $20 Angie's List discount. We set up the appointment for the following week. On the day of the appointment, our technician, Steve, did a great job. He was thorough and really knew his stuff. I appreciated that he took the time to answer my questions and explain everything. Basically he baited the interior of our house and sealed up entry points on the exterior of the house. He also sprayed for wasps on the exterior. Service took about 2 1/2 hours. I feel confident that our home is now pest-free.

I called Rainbow to help me rid the mice from my basement. My overall experience was wonderful. The two people I talked to on the phone were very professional and very nice. I was totally freaked out about having mice in my basement and they (Mike and the lady who scheduled my appt) made me feel at ease by walking me through their process. My technician David Groves came out last Friday (Sep 9th) and I was so pleased with him. He really knows his mouse stuff. Not only was he very knowledgeable but he was so personable. (He was dealing with a customer that was terrified of mice and couldn't have been nicer. Sorry Dave.) Dave was very thorough in walking me through the process and completing the sealing of all the foundation cracks and holes in all the other areas. Even though I did not have issues in the main level of the house or attic, Dave still checked them out and placed bait in the attics (house and garage.) He spent over two hours completing his work and I really feel I received my money's worth. I really like doing business with a smaller company. Dave said they have five techs and I think that is so much better than big companies that probably hire many people which would result in turnover and less knowledgable techs. I have recommended Rainbow to my friends and neighbors if they ever need an exterminator. The peace of mind I have now.....Priceless!

Justin arrived on time to perform the inspection and recommend the service. He was very polite and thoroughly explained the process, the options available for service and addressed our health concerns. We opted for the service that included web and egg sack removal. He performed the service, explaining what he had done and asked if we had any questions. The service was done quickly and neatly.

I called Rainbow Pest Experts and James came out and did a thorough check of the area where I found signs of mice as well as additional areas he suspected could show mouse activity. He then checked my foundation to discover the entry point. He found 5 possible entry points and sealed them up for me. He also provided me with some traps. I caught quite a few of the buggers and there doesn't appear to be any additional signs of activity. James also noticed some carpenter ant activity and suggested that I treat for them, as well. He offered me a higher price to complete the service now or a lower price to complete the service in the spring. He was honestly told me that the limited potential for damage between now and spring doesn't justify the price difference. So, I'll wait and have them come out in spring. I was also provided with pricing for several individual services and a year round plan. The prices seem reasonable and James was extremely knowledgeable. I really appreciated his honesty and the fact that he patched the holes in my foundation as part of the consultation. I will definitely use Rainbow as my pest experts in the future.

I called Rainbow Pest Experts on a Tuesday, described our situation, and made an appointment for someone to come to our home that next Thursday. Wayne was very helpful on the phone and gave tips on how to deal with our problems with cluster flies and mice. James arrived on Thursday as scheduled, was very professional and friendly and was very honest with me as to what would work with our problems and what would not. He recommended things we could do as homeowners to combat the fly issues and thoroughly examined our foundation for any cracks that could give access for mice to enter the home. He did find a few larger cracks that he paatched over and gave instruction on things we could do on our own. He did present me with a plan that they would recommend to be sure we wouldn't see mice again in the home, but there was no pressure to agree to any of it. He encouraged me to do the things he suggested and talk to my husband about the proposal and give a call if we were interested in any further services from Rainbow. He was friendly, helpful, informative, honest, and knew what he was talking about. It was a very pleasant experience and I would hire them in the future without any reservation.

The service was great. Very professional and responsive. I emailed my initial request and hear back within minutes. I believe I spoke with Mike in the office initially and set up a time for an estimate. Denise came out a couple of days later and was very helpful in providing all of the information that we needed to make our decision. We were very happy with the service that they provided.

We thought it was A+ service. They were friendly, competent, and thorough, and we thought that was refreshing.

We had a problem with carpenter ants. Rainbow (Justin) was on time, gave us a good education about ants and their habits and did a professional job. He was patient and accommodating with all our questions about the chemicals and their effects on animals other than the ants. He also took an inventory of places the ants might be nesting away from the house so that we could take steps to remove their nesting places. Within a day we saw dead carpenter ants. We needed to have a respray in one area and they were very responsive and willing to do the work without additional charge. Rainbow will be the company we use for any additional work we need -- very positive experience!

They called Monday morning just like I expected them to. I made an appointment for them to come out Tuesday at 1:00 pm. The customer service agent (cannot remembrer his name) said that my service agent would be named Dave. Dave arrived right on time the next day. I explained to him what I found and how my cat also caught a pregnant mouse. Dave explained exactly what my options were between a foundation seal or the option with the foundation seal, traps and the 2-year gaurantee. He was a very nice guy who went to work after I chose the later option. We walked around the outside of the home together and he found about 7 spots where the mouse/mice could be getting in. We also found indications of mouse holes around the foundation. He even crawled under my deck, which is a tangled mess of spiderwebs. Once he found all the holes outside, we walked around inside and found an area behind the stove where the mouse/mice had definitely been cavorting. He was not overaly concerned as he did not see any evidence of a large infestation and that sealing the holes now was a very good idea before it got cold. He went to work and did want we agreed upon. Overall, it was a very positive experience and I would definitely use Rainbow PestExperts again.

I emailed the provider through the Angie's list page about a mice problem I recently found out about. Mike contacted me via email the next day. He gave me a little history of mice activity and invited me to contact him with questions. I emailed him right away and asked if he could send someone out to give me an estimate on how to deal with the mice. 2 days later Denise was at my house walking through my home showing me everywhere the mice had been and where they were coming it at. She showed me what I could do to seal up the foundation myself, which I thought was amazing because I could have just done it myself, but I really didn't want to. Denise also found evidence of carpenter ants during he inspection. That day she placed bait stations and sprayed for crawling insects. The following week she came back to seal up the foundation and spray for carpenter ants. She was very sure to explain things to me thoroughly and put up with my asking a million and one questions. I signed up for the yearly pest control where they come 4-5 times a year to spray for bugs and check the bait stations. Also, if I see any evidence of carpenter ants or mice I can call them and they will come out.

She sprayed the hive and maintained control of the site. She then discussed and gave me materials with information about paper wasps. She told me the hive should quiet down over the next few days and that we should stay clear of it until we're absolutely sure that they were gone. At that point I was to cover the hole with dirt.

Called on Tuesday got an appointment for Wednesday afternoon. James was right on time, polite, professional. He carefully inspected the outside of the house for mouse entry points with an inverted mirror and explained to me what he was seeing. It became clear straight away that, due to poor quality of siding installation, there were so many entry points to the house that his normal sealing efforts would be in vain, so he indicated he could not help directly with that. However, he patiently explained to me what the problem was (use of Built Right cardboard behind the siding, through which mice can chew and then get the run of the foundation), and what needed to be done by a siding professional to fix it. He did go around the house and seal up the obvious hole around the dryer vents, gas piping, air conditioner etc and did a nice job. He then donned a bee suit and disposed of 6 bees nests around the house, making sure our children and pets were out of the way. He also gave us some mousetraps to help catch the mice inside the house, explained to us what to look for, and how to use them, and where to put them. Overall great experience. By honestly telling us what they can and cannot do, they not only avoid the initial disappointment of the home owner, but guarantee a call back when their services are appropriate. I called Rainbow after seeing a mouse and having empty traps down for about a week. The same day I called, Denise came out and did her inspection inside and as much as possible outside, considering the amount of snow around the foundation last winter. She laid several bait boxes and in spite of the sub zero temp that day, sealed part of the foundation inside the garage. She told me that it if I still saw a mouse or evidence after three weeks, to give them a call. Fortunately, I did not. Once the weather (finally) improved, Denise came back out this summer, inspected and sealed the remainder of the exterior.

They showed up on time. They were very knowledgeable and explained everything we had to know. The problem was solved with just one treatment.

Matt (I think that was his name) answered some questions over the phone with regard to mice and their abilities. He was extremely helpful even though I was not interested in even having someone out to give me an estimate. After further thought, I called to arrange for an estimate. They were able to come out the next day. Denise called to let me know she would be a little bit late, which I appreciated. She was extremely knowledgeable about mice. She inspected my home inside and out, pointing out anything she noticed as she went. She answered my questions about ants, as well. Denise worked really hard to come up with possible solutions for the various problem situations we found. Unfortunately, most of the work needing to be done is beyond the scope of their service (I have a 4-season porch attached to the house that is very low to the ground. It is probable that there are entrances needing to be sealed underneath it). She showed me the materials that they or I or someone else could use to fix the simpler problems and explained the various types of traps and what to expect if/when I can get everything sealed. Due to the inaccessibility issue, they won't be able to guarantee the success of foundation treatment. Denise was great about explaining the service and pricing options but did not try to push them just to make a sale. She took the time to write down all the details about what needs to be done and left me with contact information in case I had further questions. Throughout her visit, she was very concerned about whether what she was explaining made sense and if I had other questions. I was very impressed by her thoroughness, knowledge, and helpfulness. I would not hesitate to recommend Rainbow Pest Experts.

Mike got back to me within minutes after I emailed Rainbow, even though it was 6 p.m. and after normal work hours. An appointment was set up for two days later. James showed up promptly at 9:30 a.m.; he quickly identified both insect problems (ants and flies) and explained that they were not nearly as serious as I had feared, and provided some free bait traps to address the issue. He explained that there would be no need for a treatment unless the infestation recurs. I had planned on spending $279, which I considered reasonable. However, I ended up spending nothing at this time, and have the benefit of much more information. If either problem recurs, I will most certainly call Rainbow to come out and handle it. They seem to have great expertise in identifying pest problems; they respond quickly and professionally; their rates are reasonable; and they stand behind their work. I'm very happy to have found them through Angie's List.

Dave came out the day after I called about a sudden problem with ants. He not only addressed the ant problem, he also took the time to show me where the problems were (more than I thought!) and helped me to understand the difference between critters and what I could do to improve the situation myself. I was very concerned about the impact the chemicals I would have on my dogs, which Dave addressed immediately. He gave me very specific information and put my mind at ease, and offered me the specific information on the chemicals in case I wanted to consult with my vet (which wasn't necessary, it was very safe). I absolutely recommend them to others. They did a great job, the ants are gone, and Dave was great! I was so impressed I later decided to sign up for the year plan.

Rainbow came out and evaluated the situation and basically protected both buildings (with a 6 month guaranty) for $50 more than their regular single home rate. Plus they also honored their Angie's list discount. As it looked like it was going to rain soon, they were unable to spray immediately. They came and sprayed the next day. When they came out, the work went faster than they thought, so I was charged less. The only minor issue was that an invoice was suppose to be left for me once the service was completed. Nothing was left, so I wasn't sure if the work had been done. I called them a week later and and they assurred me the work had been completed. An invoice was emailed out immediately and I paid over the phoine. I was informed within three weeks, both buildings should be ant free. And they have been.

It went very well, very professional and thorough.

I found them through Angie's List. I didn't have to be home for them to take care of millipedes. We have only used them once, very quickly. We are going to be using their services later. They have also gotten rid of a moth problem. They had a better price than who we have been using.
