The service was very professional and completed in a reasonable amount of time. We had more issues and a few months later, but the missed entry points were sealed at no additional cost. We have not had any further issues.

We had a mouse problem and contacted Rainbow Pest Experts based on reviews from Angies list. Person was knowledgeable and worked quickly. Explained how the process would work and how quickly things would probably happen. I had them trap as well as do some service to the exterior (found a hole near the foundation where they could get in. Baiting and trapping was done immediately with the follow-up service about a week later. Things were trouble free and didn't require much of my time. WIthin a week we were seeing results and were pest free within a month or two. No repeat visit was necessary. All said over $500 for trapping and foundation service. I'm not sure the price was the best but they were EFFECTIVE.

I contacted several pest control companies with Angie's List and I ended up choosing Rainbow Pests because of their description of what they would do and what set them apart from other companies. I hired Rainbow Pests control, and I hired a handyman to come out and remove all of my deck boards around the foundation of the house so that Rainbow could guarantee the work. The person that came out was running behind, as was the handyman. Rainbow person did her best, but the work is not complete. All entries have not been sealed and there is more to do. I was waiting for them to contact me and reschedule to finish up and in the chaos of life, I have not contacted them. This is an unresolved issue at this point. However I liked all of my contact with the company.

Justin and Steve were both very nice and pleasant to work with. I'm sorry if I'm getting their names wrong! I don't have the exact numbers in front of me, but - more or less - we paid $200 for the first visit and $300 for the second. It seems a little steep to me for the amount of time spent at the house. Each visit was about an hour. When Justin came he told us that we couldn't have the 2-year limited warranty on our house (the warranty that was supposed to come with the "seal-up" service) because it was a stucco house. Since mice can so easily climb up the exterior of a stucco house, they cannot warranty it because they only seal the bottom 10' (or so - I don't remember the exact number). I told him I was disappointed because I had told the person on the phone that it was stucco house and he was the one who first told me about the limited warranty. In the end Justin said he could give us the warranty. When the second person came (Steve?) he said there was no evidence on the outside of the house of mice climbing up the corners (and that's where they crawl, if they crawl) so he thought it was very unlikely that we'd get mice coming in through somewhere other than the foundation. That was interesting. So the thing with the window was a bit annoying, as was the back-and-forth on the warranty. Other than that I was happy with their work.

Dave G. came out to my house. It was good to see him because he was the same guy who killed all the bees this past fall. It was a very good idea of the company to send the same employee to my house. I?m sure this was not by accident and doing so can only help their customer service. Dave placed poison "hotel type" traps in strategic points all around the basement and walked around the outside of my house and sealed up the one obvious place that we both agreed was how the mice were able to enter the house. Everything went great and Dave G. did a really good job explaining what he was doing and what he was using to kill the mice. It's only been one week but so far so good. I haven't seen or heard any of Mickey Mouse's friends since!

They came out and did a very thorough check outside. He was crawling on his hands and knees and checking every part of my house. He was at my house for an hour and told me that my house was extremely tight and there was no way rodents could get in. He didn't charge me a thing and told me I didn't need service.

I found the service to be responsive and reliable. They offer a guarantee on their service, so if the problem isn't solved, they will come back until it is.

Rainbow Pest Control was excellent to work with. It was easy to schedule an appointment. The service technician that arrived at our house was on time and friendly. He was able to answer all of our questions. Additionally, he explained everything he was doing and any preventative steps we could take. Since their visit, we have noticed a significant decrease in box elder bogs, asian beetles, and spiders

The representative, James, was very professional. He explained what he was doing and was very careful in sealing off the entrances to the house where mice were entering. If we have any future issues with mice during the next year, they will come back free of charge to take corrective action.

Everything went great. I knew there were two swaps nests on our house but after Dave (i think it was Dave) with Rainbow came over he found and destroyed 2 or 3 more nests that I didn't know were there!

The work was done fast and professionally. They definitely know their pests and shocked me with some new knowledge of how mice can get in your house, how fast they breed, and what areas to focus on for keeping them out. Great service overall.

Once I called the company, they came out within 2-3 days to inspect the house and provide treatment. The man who came was punctual, answered all of my questions and was very thorough.

We had a very pesky problem with wasps that we hadn't treated for 3 years, hoping it would go away. Rainbow Pest Experts kept at it until they solved the problem. I would recommend them without hesitation. I will use them again - I already have a plan to use them to spray to prevent an ant problem in the spring.

Rainbow continued to respond until the mouse problem was solved. They were great!

I should have written this review after they dealt with my mothers house. They (Scott) was excellent dealing with my mom, and completely took care of her mouse problem. I again asked for there advice, and Scott again was excellent and took care of all my concerns at my home. I have dealt with other companies claiming to fix mice problems...and the comparison isn't close, I would recommend this company to all with any exterminating issues.

After seeing a mouse early Monday morning, I called Rainbow at 8:00 a.m. on Monday. They scheduled a visit for 1:00 on Tuesday. Right on schedule, Dave came out and assessed our house. He placed traps and figured out where the mouse got in. He prepared a plan to seal some cracks around the exterior of the house and said he would schedule a follow up. All told, he spent about 2 hours inspecting and such. The very next day, Rainbow called and scheduled a follow up for 8:00 the following morning. Again, Dave came out and was terrific. He spent 2 hours or more sealing the all of the cracks. Dave from Rainbow did a really great job for us. He carefully explained each step of the process, was always right on schedule, and did a super, professional job.

They found the hole and fixed it.

We noticed a lot of black ant activity and remnants inside our master bath vanity. Dave came by and confirmed that this was, in fact, caused by carpenter ants. He treated the undersink area, and all satellite areas around the house foundation and the trees and brush in the outlying areas of the yard. Dave was thorough, professional and very pleasant. He was very knowledgeable and taught us a lot about the ants and their habits. It's been almost three months since the treatment and we have not had any reoccurrence, and are very grateful.

They were very accommodating. We have a garden against the outside of the house. They are going to come back to do the treatment later once the garden is finished.

We've had a few issues this summer with rodents and a significant increase in spiders throughout our home. Searched Angie's list and Rainbow Pest Experts was near the top of the list. I tried calling several competitors but reached voicemails. Decided to choose Rainbow for a few reasons. They picked up the phone. They had several schedule options to choose from. They will give consultations on Saturdays! The technician sent to the house was truly professional -- James N. is a real stand-up guy. He called prior to arriving to ask if 15 minutes early was okay. He explained everything thoroughly throughout the inspection, assembled four very complete proposals, and went through the details of each with me.

James was running a few minutes late and called in advance to let me know which was very much appreciated. He arrived as stated and performed an inspection for mice as well as discussed the box elder bug/lady beetle treatment that I had scheduled for the day. After a thorough inspection of both the inside and outside of the house, he patched up a hole in the garage where he suspected the mice were getting in. He then treated for the bugs. After that, he provided me with estimates for additional services (based on our conversation during the inspection...this was NOT an unsolicited sales pitch) as well as for year-round service. He was quite helpful in explaining each service and answering my questions. Based on the numbers, I went with the year-round service which will include the follow up treatment for the mice. James was professional, patient, friendly, and didn't attempt to pressure me into any particular service. I'd highly recommend Rainbow Pest to anyone in need of such services.

Called and had nice conversation about treating my house. He recommended waiting until following week to make sure treatment lasts as long as possible. I requested following Friday and he agreed to that day. Friday arrived but no one came. I called late afternoon to find out why. He said that they work until 6 and thought they would still show up. He offered to check for me and said he would call back in a few minutes. I never heard from him again. It is now 5 days later. I called and cancelled.

I contacted Rainbow Pest Experts by phone and spoke with a courteous,and knowledgeable representative. I scheduled an appointment to take care of the yellow jacket nest. Dave the technician arrived punctually and proceeded to let me know what he planned to do, how the product worked, and what to expect. He also noticed a paper wasp nest under one of the eaves and took care of that as well. He did his work professionally and communicated very well. The paper wasp nest was treated and knocked down immediately and within two days there was no sign of the yellow jackets either. I would use Rainbow Pest Experts for any future pest issues.

Dave was on time and walked me through every detail of the treatment. He was very courteous and patient. He completed treatment quickly.
