Description of Work: Minnesota outdoor solutions worked for us doing lawn work for about seven years. The lawn was always done well the men who did the work were always polite and accommodating. They also did winter shoveling of our driveway....always well done in a timely fashion. I would give the an A for work. My only complaint was the billing system. The bills were not clear and sent in a timely system.

Description of Work: They were giving me a estimate on the back porch work. They did an assessment but they didn’t end up doing any work. It was fine. They were very helpful. They were very good in terms of coming but we ended up going with someone else.

+ 0 moreI called up Minnesota Outdoor Solutions to add a patio to the back of our house. We used their designer, Dan Claar, to design a great paver patio. They dug up our old cement patio and replaced it. They put in new plants that complimented around the new patio. They added shrubs and trees and mulch that makes my yard look much nicer.

+ -1 moreThis was a big project and they did an excellent job. My brother-in-law, a builder in Wisconsin, suggested this company through recommendations from his network of contractors. Kurtiss Peterson headed up the project with Dan checking in occasionally. They were able to start in about two weeks. The bid was conservative and the up charges for changes were modest. They removed a very large, rotting timber retaining wall and patio which turned out to be difficult due to the sturdy construction of the original wall (concrete footings, timbers sunk deep into the hill). They accommodated last-minute changes (literally the night before they were to start) in design that were technically difficult. They were flexible throughout the project and only stopped working when it rained. Dan was prompt in returning phone calls and submitting bids. We couldn't have been more pleased. In addition, all their work is guaranteed for six years.
Description of Work: Replaced timber retaining wall and deck in back yard with block wall and paver patio. Finished off with sod and plantings.
