wonderful, HONEST didn't charge me for info, just told me how to get my mortgage insurance down without an appraisal since enough time had passed.

Molly was punctual and very professional. She followed up before and after the scheduled appointment and was persistent in obtaining help in gaining entry to the premises when the lock box didn't work properly when she could have simply walked away. Turn time for the written appraisal was only a few days and was very thorough. I would hire her again in a heartbeat!

We have had some construction directly behind our house and we would like to have the house reappraised for tax purposes. Molly did not feel comfortable doing this work and suggested a larger firm for this type of work.

Molly was able to schedule the visit within a few days, but I told her I needed more time to get the place "tidy". She said this was not at all necessary, she was looking at the home itself, not the clutter. She pulled several comps in our area, did a thorough examination of the interior and exterior of the home. We supplied her with a list of the improvements we had made since purchasing the home. She returned a full appraisal for us to submit to our mortgage company within a few days. We submitted it to our mortgage company and now no longer need to pay the additional PMI each month, and have the peace of mind of knowing that our home has appreciated nicely.

Molly was delightful and provided exactly what we needed. We wanted to get an idea of the home's value in our neighborhood prior to listing it on MLS (we had a few friends who had expressed interest and would have sold it direct if possible). Molly was punctual, friendly, professional, and very fast in providing our report. We'd definitely recommend her to friends, and we'd use her again.
