My piano had not been tuned for several years, but now it sounds great. (or it would sound great if I were a better player!)

Appointment was set up easily and everything was communicated clearly. Movers initially had difficulty finding the the pick-up location, even though it was very clear. But they were only a couple minutes late. Professional and careful.

They showed up when they said they would and called ahead to let me know they were close. The piano weighed a lot more then a normal baby grand piano because it was an antique and a player piano, but they didn't change the moving price on me afterwards. They were very careful with it and made sure they set it up exactly where I wanted it. They also called me about a week later to schedule a piano tuning before their schedule filled up.

They were OUTSTANDING. I have very high expectations and the move went flawlessly. Very professional team. They took great care every step of the way. I would HIGHLY recommend their service!

Tech was prompt, professional, and friendly. Spent about 1 1/2 hours on our piano.

Piano movers were very pleasant and did a wonderful job even though they had to deal with a lot of mud and wet ground during the move. Steve did a great job tuning and explaining the process. Have already recommended them to others and will have them back for future tunings.

This was the best experience I've ever had with a piano tuner. My daugther is singing for church in a couple of weeks so needed the piano tuned this week. I called and they were able to send out Steven TODAY to tune my piano. He was professional, efficient, and very comfortable to interact with and my piano sounds beautiful! I am very pleased.

Brian, our technician/tuner, is great. He's super friendly, cheerful, and knowledgeable. He took time to answer my many questions about piano care, provided useful advice, got to work, and spent more than an hour getting the piano into tune. He said the piano was pretty out of tune -- perhaps from its move to our house, or perhaps because of the season change, or perhaps just because it hasn't been tuned in a while. Laursen Piano Service charges the same amount ($95) no matter how out of tune a piano is, so I guess I lucked out there. Plus, Angie's Listers get $5 off their first tuning. I chose Laursen in part because of the reasonable price for a tuning, but also because the person I spoke with over the phone was friendly and professional. I'm glad I did, and will definitely use them again.

Tuned our Piano which was well overdue. Did a wonderful job and piano sounds great. Will definitely use them again, just won't wait so long next time. Very professional.

It was fine but the appointment was about 2 hours late. They have lower pricing than other services. They provided a call to tell me they were coming late.

Extremely well. I sought out Laursen through Angie's List before the holidays and didn't hear anything in response to the inquiry until after the 1st of the year. Apparently, they didn't receive the email from Angie's List until then. The woman who called me was VERY apologetic and scheduled our tuning right away. The tuner arrived within the promised time window, was courteous and professional, and did a great job!

This provider was very courteous, and even explained to my curious children what he was doing. It was truly entertaining and educational for them as he did not seemed the least bit bothered by their watching him. The work was done on time, and the piano sounds great! I would definitely hire Laursen again!
