We are a family owned business with 50 years experience in the care of pianos. We are full service, with customer satisfaction our number one goal. We specialize in piano tuning and repair, piano moving, both local and national. We also store pianos in a climate controlled environment, on our site. Our showroom displays previously owned pianos for sale.

The tuning went very well.
Description of Work: Laursen piano service tuned my piano in a very professional manner. Steve arrived on time and did a fantastic job tuning a piano which had not been tuned in a while. He was pleasant and we had a nice conversation while he worked. I would definitely recommend them.

Description of Work: I called Laursen to repair and tune up an old upright piano with several sticking keys. He showed up on time and a did an extremely thorough and professional job of repair and tuning. The fee was very reasonable, especially since this instrument was far out of tune and needed a lot of work done. Now it sounds great, and no sticking keys. I will definitely return to Laursen when it's time for another tuning.

I will certainly speak with them. Also, we always wrap the piano during moving. I know this is grandmas spinet piano, maybe 50 years old.I remember you telling me you did not want it tuned for several years so we have not had a chance to see the piano after the move. If there is a scratch on it that we are responsible for we will be more than willing to deal with it. Please contact me, 952-988-9363, and we can make arrangements to evaluate and repair the scratch.
