Arrived on time. Tuned piano nicely, sounds great now.

Sorry but I have forgaotten the price. I am due to have the piano tuned again and I will be calling them. The experience met my expectations and was a pleasure.

The price options were as high as we thought they would be, but we heard that they do excelent work.

Went well. We have a older Baldwin Acrosonic upright, perhaps 50 years old but in good overall shape and great tone. Needed tuning as it was slightly off in the lower and upper register. The gentleman (Simon) came on time, tuned as required, very professional. Piano sounds much better He also took the rooms temp and humidity readings to advise on climate for piano which was a nice service. Our house was 100% fine for both. He gave advice on a slight "sticky key" issue, a "clicky" issue on another and also "hammer" issue (hammer felt overlaps just slightly with adjacent string when pressed hard). He indicated would probably have meant taking part of keyboard assembly to the shop to make adjustments or replace a few pins That idea for repairs was out of scope for both time and how much I wanted to spend at present, as I am a novice player and can deal with those items without being too setback. He was patient with some of my general questions about piano types, size, brands and models. Good experience, would do again

Tuner was on time and very professional. Company called me approximately 2 weeks before tuning was due to remind me that it had been 6 months since last tuning and the piano was due. I switched from a different tuner who retired after many years. I am very happy with Laursen.

Appointment was easy to make, and he notified me ahead of time that the previous appointment was running a bit long. Had the piano assessed and tuned within an hour or so, and was very professional. Let me know that only regular tuning was needed at this time, and that there were no major issues. I would definitely recommend Laursen Piano to others, and plan to use them again for any work on my piano.

He showed up on time. Very professional. he went right to work. He gave me options and asked what I wanted as he went through the piano. It went very well. He spent 2 1/2 hours in all. As he was finishing up tightening the last screw on the piano mirror, it cracked a corner of the mirror. He knocked $100.00 off the price. I was not concerned as it was old and not in great condition. I was willing to replace it with a board cut to size. Judy from the company called me and had me measure the mirror because they had two mirrors that might have fit. They did not work, so she had a mirror made and they paid for it. It was installed today. It made the piano look like new. I'm so very pleased with the whole experience, I will use them in the future and would not hesitate to recommend them.

They were great. I had called in a panic as I was having a dinner party with music planned and needed to not only move the piano but get it tuned as well! They were able to accommodate me in 2 separate trips by that Friday. Could not be happier and will use them again!

I found them on Angie's List. I was very happy with the service. There was no hassle, I set it up, and when the person got there, he didn't need to be watched over, he took care of it. He was professional.

He did an excellent job. On my request, he told me about other piano conditioning services they perform and gave me estimates. After he left, he used the piano's serial number to look up the year my piano was built and called to tell me what it was.

The technician tuned the piano as requested and made reasonable recommendations for future service. We appreciated the work and insights from the service representative. Thank you!

Moved an upright piano from another home to ours. Judy was super responsive when we contacted them, she provided a quote and good advice. We have a tuning set up with them in a week, so far so good!

Tuner was on time, friendly and professional. I described the problem I was hearing before the tuning got underway. After determining the amount of tuning that was required, he presented two options on how to proceed. The piano was two flat to tune in one session - two tunings would be needed to bring it to full pitch. Two options were presented: tune it part way today and return in a week for a second tuning or tune it twice in one day. I opted for the two tunings in one session. Once tuning was done, he located the source of the clicking, luckiliy a simple tightening of the screws that held the bass mechanism in place was all that was needed.

He was prompt, thorough and professional. Will use again.

Mr. Laursen was professional, knowledgeable, and pleasant. He answered all questions, and gave us options for various types of refurbishment of our piano.

He was in and out of the house in 45 minutes and it went great. When we have it tuned next year we will definately request the same guy and definately suggest this company.

Simon arrived promptly and went immediately to the tuning. He worked around an hour and a half. I was amazed and totally impressed at his persistence to get the upper register of my piano in tune. He fixed a Db key that was sticking with an easy adjustment. He answered all my questions with simple language. He suggested that I might want to change the pads on my humidifier, and I readily agreed that it was time to do that. The regular fee was $92.00 plus $12.00 for the new pads. I thought this was very reasonable. I could tell that Simon thoroughly enjoys his work and I highly recommend him to anyone needing to get their piano tuned. I will definitely call Laursen's again for my next tuning.

The movers did an awesome job. I would recommend their services to anyone with a piano or other heavy objects to be moved.

All went great and the piano sound much better.

Steve came when scheduled and was very polite and knowledgeable. I specifically wanted to know whether my piano, which had not been tuned in a long time , needed more extensive (ans expensive) repair. Steve did not try to sell me a lot of extra work but instead concluded the piano just needed to be tuned and was otherwise in excellent condition. He was obviously passionate about his work and enjoyed explaining to me what he was doing and how the piano would respond. I will definitely call on him again for future tuning.

was advised that some of the piano key "pins" would need to be replaced within 1-2 years. Overall a simple piano tuning that went fine. Singed up for three more tunings for this and next year.

We called Laursen Piano after we learned of the untimely death of the man who had tuned our piano for many years. Steve Laursen was friendly, punctual and efficient. He brought the piano up to pitch and tuned it within half an hour, for about the same fee that we had been paying to our former tuner. I mentioned that we had found him through Angie's List, and he alerted me to a coupon offer of which I was unaware. It's always pleasant doing business with someone who is looking out for his clients.
