Description of Work: Designed kitchen including layout, selection of appliances, lighting, cabinet features, shopping for fixtures, tile, counter tops, etc. Worked with contractors to assure construction was consistent with plans.

Kristy Egan Design offers the following services: Initial consultation, measurement of your space, drafting of the existing space and 3 to 4 various schematic ideas for that space, final drawings that include the new floor plan, electrical plan, elevations, cabinet design and details & finish selections and overseeing the construction of your project.
Do not assist with furniture selections (although furniture layout on your schematic plans is important and included), window treatments or fabric selections. I do not act as a general contractor but work hand in hand with the contractor to maintain quality and troubleshoot if necessary.
I am not an architect but I do have an eye for scale, balance and how what happens on the inside effects the look of the outside. Although I do not provide structural plans I do understand structure.
