Found Steve Halvorson on Angie's List. Got voice mail when I called. Steve called back within 2 hours. Came the next day at the time I requested. Brought a helper. They were clean, professional, did a great job. A+ experience. I highly recommend him.

Very professional I just went to him and he came within an hour and was in and out pretty quick, I don't think he was here longer than an hour. I would use him again and recommend him.

Great. I called him with the problem of an overflowing washer. He was working in the neighborhood and arrived within 15 minutes. He discovered a mass of tree roots that were very difficult to dislodge. The job took several hours and Steve remained upbeat and personable (even funny) throughout.

Steve was very prompt and friendly. He fit me into his schedule the day I called, which was really nice. And he did excellent work, with good cleanup. I would definitely recommend him. In the past, I've used another company, but this was a better experience all the way around (and more reasonably priced).

He is very responsive and he doesn't pressure me into having more work done than necessary.

I received a panicked call in the middle of the work day telling me that I had an inch of standing water in the basement. I was able to rent a submersible pump and clean up the best I good, but I knew something had to be done. I checked Angie's List and called three candidates, Steve was the only one to pick up. He told me that he was going to check and see if he could squeeze me in if the job he was going to ended up being short. Fifteen minutes later he called me back and told me he could come. Strangely enough Steve noticed his sticker right above the drain in the basement, it turns out he had last serviced my house (under a previous owner) about eight years ago! Steve was very personable and reasonably priced. I would highly recommend him!

Steve was great - he stayed with his original quote even though it was a longer run than he thought it would be, didn't sell me extra services, cleaned up well, came on time, worked efficiently, and was very personable.

Steve has been taking care of the drains and sewer lines in our house for more than 20 years, since before we lived here. I called today at around noon. It is now 3 PM and the job is done. He always returns calls promptly, sometimes within minutes. Steve is MY drain and sewer guy!

ALSO, CAME OUT ON A SATURDAY MORNING, WHICH WE APPRECIATED CONSIDERING OUR BUSY SCHEDULES. I WOULD HIRE AGAIN.

STEVE'S RESPONSE TIME IS VERY QUICK AND THE LABOR CHARGE SEEMS REASONABLE.
