Description of Work: We use them on a regular basis. They spray our crabapple and evergreen trees. They also have done tree removal and anything else we need.

Description of Work: I needed a large silver maple removed from my front yard. I contacted the company and it took almost a week for the initial reply. A day was established to view the tree to provide a quote toward the end of that week. It took over a week after that to receive the actual quote. The quote was in the higher price range of the 6-7 quotes obtained.

Description of Work: Rebecca came and visited our house and promised a bid for quite a bit of work. Never heard from the company again, despite leaving a phone message. Even if they might be swamped with work, they should be professional enough to return the phone call.

Description of Work: The original estimate was given. When we contacted Rebecca to arrange service, she said that she would contact us when she got back from vacation. A few weeks later, she contacted us. We expressed that we wanted to be home when the work was done and she was very reluctant to actually schedule the work. She wanted to just send her crew to our house when they were available. This didn't work for us. Then, we agreed upon a scheduled date and took time off to be home. Around 5pm on the day that was scheduled, we called them to find out if they were coming. The next day they called back and said they couldn't make it. They didn't call the entire day we were waiting to let us know they wouldn't be coming. We tried to set another date and time, again but they were generally unresponsive and seemed flakey. Finally, we just called them and said we were going to hire someone else. It was a very frustraing expereince.

Description of Work: We had several trees to trim and a huge pile of brush to remove, they carefully trimmed the trees and removed all the brush and all the debris, it was wonderful and they did a fantastic job.

Description of Work: 7/29/04 CALLED FOR AN ESTIMATE, AND WAS TOLD THE ARBORIST WOULD COME THE NEXT WEEK (NO APPT NECESSARY). 8/9 CALLED TO FOLLOW UP. 8/23 CALLED AGAIN, NO RESPONSE. 10/7 ESTIMATE WAS LEFT AT DOOR. VERY PROFESSIONAL. LESS THAN OTHER COMPANY ($480 VS $650), BUT DECIDED NOT TO HIRE THEM BECAUSE OF LACK OF RESPONSIVENESS & LONG DELAY.

Description of Work: THEY CLEANED UP SOME TREES THAT WERE CAUSING PROBLEMS.

Description of Work: TRIMMED MAPLE TREE AND REMOVED BUCK THORN BUSHES (ABOUT 10 BUSHES).

Description of Work: THEY TAKE CARE OF MY PERENNIALS, TRIM BUSHES, DO SOME SPRAYING, AND FALL AND SPRING CLEAN UP.
