+ -1 moreI do not want anyone to get caught like we did. They stole our down payment. We were told that if we were not happy with our preliminary plans we could get our money back. They plans came back for a smaller house and more money. They would not get us our money back and said they would charge us more. They threatened to sue us and we decided to forfeit the money. Initially the contact was good.
Description of Work: I used Nordaas American Homes for plans for a house.
