Nicola's crew were very hard workers. The guys showed up on time, they were very courteous and professional, they asked questions when they weren't sure how I would want something and provided great advice and problem-solving with my phone lines and the area by my stairs. They were also very accommodating with my dogs, which I appreciated so they didn't have to be kenneled for two days straight. And all of this is before mentioning the beautiful end result. I'm really, really happy with how the project turned out.

They went through a lot to find the color and wood that I wanted. They sent me different materials for my views. He explained a lot of different things such as the different grading of Maple. It's a family business. It turned out beautiful; just gorgeous! At some point, I will be asking them to return to help with the flooring in the basement.

The job is still not completed.The floor was installed with too much deflection, and their remedy was to screw the floor down, not only making screw holes in the surface, but voiding our warranty. The guy doing the steps suggested we replace them. We agreed, however, they were done incorrectly and need to be reinstalled. They have not responded to our requests to make this right, and we have had to hire a new flooring company to repair the work they did. The worst quality workmanship and work ethic we have ever experienced.
