She and another woman arrived around the time they said. Cleaned our house very thoroughly. Even made sure to clean the glass front door after they were packed up and ready to leave. Also, they dusted everything even pieces of furniture that had not yet been unpacked (we just moved into our house). They lifted up area rugs and vacuumed under the area rugs. They were also very polite.

They were absolutely wonderful! They said they would be there at 8 am and they arrived exactly at 8 am. Leading up to this, they were incredibly responsive via text messages, which is my preferred way to communicate. The housecleaning was very thorough. They paid wonderful attention to detail. They did exactly what I asked them to do --- complete floor cleaning in all rooms; the fixtures, tub, toilet, etc. in the bathroom were very clean; the kitchen was wiped down completely (even the knobs on the stove had been removed, and cleaned around). I have 2 porches in the front and back and they were swept well, organized and very clean. I walked home to what felt like an entirely new home! I plan to hire them regularly and I would recommend them in a heartbeat. Also, they used all environmentally friendly products.

Great! They showed up on time, got right to work. Asked if I had any special concerns, listened to them. House was in great shape when they were done. Very efficient - I was amazed how much they got done while they were here.

I had issues with the communication between myself and the owner, and also between the owner and her crew. This was especially difficult with her crew as they did not speak English very well. They were friendly and did a good job on the cleaning but as a result of the communication issues I decided to work with someone else.

Yolanda has been cleaning our home, monthly, for about a year. Early on, we noticed some areas of improvement and communicated these to Yolanda, who quickly responded and worked with her crew to make the corrections. Yolanda is very flexible, and has been able to change dates or add cleaning dates when we needed to. She and her crew have proven to be very trustworthy. It is always a treat to come home to our nice, clean home after Yolanda has cleaned for us. Yolanda and her crew clean when my husband and I are working. She communicates very well by text, which makes it easy to quickly contact her if needed.

I called her to set up an initial meeting to walk through the house and to explain our specific cleaning needs. She came out the same day I called and happily answered all my questions as we went from room to room. We have had cleaning services for the past few years and after just the first two times she has cleaned her level of detail has been far more thorough. Particularly the kitchen and bathroom look great. She even cleaned our 1 yr old's high chair! We were very impressed! She cleans only our main floor which includes two bedrooms, a bathroom, kitchen, dining room, and living room on a bi-weekly basis. Based on our experience so far, she works hard, she is prompt, and the quality of her service is very high. I would highly recommend her.

After contacting Yolanda on Thursday, she said that she'd come over on Friday at 7pm. On Friday at 6pm she called and said she wasn't going to make it - she was too busy and that she would come on Monday at 1. I contacted her on Monday morning to let her know I'd already done the work and didn't need her. I think that Yolanda would like the work, and I don't think she intentionally set me up and then bailed - I think she wants to do more than she possibly can. Instead of trying to please me, she should have just booked me for Monday. She did call on Friday when she couldn't come, rather than just not show up, so she gets points for that. I will give her another chance - it's common in business to overpromise and underdeliver - I've done it myself, so I'll give her the benefit of the doubt!

Yolanda and her team are very good cleaners. Reliable, professional and reasonable price. They come to clean weekly. We highly recommend them.

We had an urgent need for cleaning due to illness. We were having trouble finding services available due to the holiday weekend. Yolanda said yes right away and I didn't even ask how much it would cost. Her team arrived as scheduled and did a great job - they were very thorough. We were pleasantly surprised by the very reasonable price as well. Will use them again if we need help.

She was wonderful! She has a team and they are very thorough, they wipe down everything, and they are willing to do extra things if you need them done. They are just very, very cooperative, kind, and wonderful people. I will keep her forever. I would recommend her to everybody.

She was responsive to my request and she was well-rated on Angie's List. They are quick and efficient. They do a fine job. I wouldn't say that they knock it out of the park but they do a very fine job.

I have been very satisfied with Yolanda's cleaning service, and so have called her periodically to schedule a house-cleaning. She is always very responsive when I call to schedule her service. Her cleaning crews are prompt, professional, efficient and do a very good job. I will continue to call her when my house needs a good cleaning.

Cleaned stove and burners. Had plenty of girls with her to help. used mu sweeper and thiers so they could get done quicker which I appreciated.

Never showed up. Said she had car problems. They never called. We had to.

Great - Yolanda and her team have been great for ad hoc cleanings of our house. Sometimes she comes along, other times it's just the others that work for her. Either way, we've never been disappointed with the quality of their work. They're extremely quick and do a great job.

Yolanda's team does a good job and does it quickly. Yolanda seeks feedback so that she and her team deliver the results that you want.

I have Yolanda and her amazing crew in every two weeks. I have 3 1/2 baths and essentially three floors cleaned each time. They do a great job. Much better than I have ever had with services in the past.

They were great! My son and his girlfriend had to move to California from Minnesota. They owned an 80 year old house and needed it cleaned from top to bottom before it could be put on the market. They also had 3 big dogs and 2 cats so there was a lot of deep cleaning to do. They called Yolanda's cleaning and found them to be very easy to work with as far as scheduling goes. The workers were energetic, worked very hard and did a great job. After seeing the before and after, I would not hesitate to hire them to do a top to bottom cleaning job in my house. Our son had a need that was hard to fill because of time constraints and Yolanda stepped up to the plate to really help them out. Well done!

I've used Yolanda's services 3 times in the past 3 months between two houses and she has been fantastic all three times. Yolanda's crew always arrived on time, and her team of 4 - 5 cleaners worked very efficiently to quickly and methodically clean the entire house. I would definitely use Yolanda's services again.

I spoke to Yolanda and we set-up a time for her to come to my house to provide a housecleaning estimate. After a half hour after she was scheduled to arrive I called her and asked her if she was coming. She said she got out of work late and was in the process of picking up her son. I asked her how soon she was going to arrive and she was not even close. I could believe if she was running late she would not call me. I told her her first impression was not a good one. She asked if I wanted to re-schedule but I said "No Thank You" If can even make her first appointment on time, how would she be when I hired her??

They did a very good job. They came out right on-time. It was Yolanda and three other workers who did the work. They cleaned for a full two hours. They did everything I asked them to do.
