WILLOW CREEK CABINETS

Initial sale went well. They spent a lot of time working with us designing the office furniture. We put a deposit down in April 2006, They didn't start the install until August. Whey they arrived a few details such as the edge profile was not what I had asked for. Their process for capturing choices such door and edge profile is really sloppy which caused the build error. It took them a few more trips to work on the install. They frequently forgot parts or only had a limited time to work. It is now January 2007 and there is still a panel they need to remake and install. They use nice quality components but there customer service is extremely lacking.

Well at first it was great. They were very responsive when making the ''sell''. The cabinets are beautiful, did a quality job making them. Few problems installing and two broken doors. We unfortunately paid him the final check even though there were a few things not done, i.e. trim, one door that needs to be fixed. It has been two months and they have yet to show up to finish up what they promised would be done right away. I would have highly recommended this company, but now I will not.

HE ASKED ME WHAT COLOR I WANTED AND HE BROUGHT A PARTICULAR OAK. I TOLD HIM THAT I LIKED THAT COLOR AND ASKED HIM TO MATCH IT WITH MY TRIM. WHEN THEY BROUGHT THE CABINETS OUT, THEY HAD NOT STAINED THE CABINETS AT ALL, INSTEAD HAD JUST LACQUERED THEM. I SPOKE WITH THE MANAGER AND TOLD THE INSTALLERS TO STOP THE JOB. THEY TOOK THE CABINETS BACK AND HAD THEM RE-STAINED AND REQUESTED THE FULL BALANCE BEFORE INSTALLATION. THERE HAVE BEEN MANY DISAGREEMENTS AND PROBLEMS SINCE THEN. HE IS NOW WITHHOLDING MY CABINETS UNTIL I PAY HIM THE FULL BALANCE.
