Description of Work: WE GOT AN ESTIMATE TO SAND OUR HARDWOOD FLOORS AND APPLY 3 COATS OF OIL-BASED POLY. WE DIDN''T WANT ANY STAIN AND WE DIDN''T NEED ANY REPAIR DONE. THERE WERE 636 SQ. FT. OF FLOORS TO DO ON OUR ONE-LEVEL 1958 RAMBLER. THE LOW WAS $2.60/SQ. FT. BRENNER QUOTED $2.90 OVER THE PHONE. THERE WERE 3 OTHER COMPANIES BETWEEN $2.90 AND $3.00. THE HIGH QUOTED $3.50. THEY WERE RIGHT IN THERE PRICEWISE, BUT WE DECIDED TO GO WITH SOMEONE ELSE.

WE WANTED A SATIN FINISH. HE PUT GLOSS ON, BUT THERE WERE BUBBLES ON THE FLOOR. HE IS HARD TO GET A HOLD OF!!!! HE DIDNT SUPERVISE THE PROJECT. HE DID REFUND THE DEPOSIT. WE WOULD NOT USE HIM AGAIN.
