WHITE GLOVES CLEANING

The ladies did a great job! Only one spoke enough English to converse easily, but they knew exactly what to do, divided up the rooms, and attacked the house with vim and vigor. I was thrilled with their work and their speed. They were in and out in 90 minutes, and did a great job with floors, bathrooms, window blinds, stove hood, fridge and freezer. The new buyer was elated with how clean the house was. It would have taken us a full day to do what they did in record time. Highly recommended.

The price is good, but the work is some what haphazard, things aren't put back as they should be, and there isn't the attention to detail we would like. One issue is that the cleaners who clean our house have a limited command of English and so it is difficult to communicate what we'd like to have done differently.

We hired White Gloves after talking with 3 companies on Angie's List. David did an estimate on the home and was very friendly and professional, explaining what his team covered and how they handle special requests. After the first cleaning, the house looks and smells wonderful. They dusted hard-to-reach areas as requested and cleaned floors, bathrooms and kitchens thoroughly. All the dog hair is gone! It was a joy to return home to a clean house.

The ladies are hard workers and very pleasant. Most of the ones who have come to my house don't speak much English, but I speak a little Spanish and we get along. I only have them for an hour every two weeks, just to catch up on what I don't get to often enough. I did have a little trouble getting established with the office staff (who do speak English!) that I need the cleaners to come at a specific time, at least within an hour window.

Thorough...good and fast too! They are always on time and have several workers per job. They are in and out in an hour and do a great job. I like them a lot! Once I had a problem about how my wood floors were done. I called Dave and it was changed right away.

They did a reasonable - not great - job for a while. Then I asked them to come in and clean my house while I was on vacation; I had a friend arriving the day I returned and wanted to make sure the house was ready. The day I left I called White Gloves to confirm and tell them where I'd left the key. A week later, I walked into a house that had not been cleaned. They claimed they could not find the key; it was right where I'd left it and where I'd informed them where it would be. I had to clean the house myself in one hour on a 90 degree day, rather than unpacking and grocery shopping. Very frustrating.

Very good work. I will use them regularly.

Initial communications & meeting were easy & on time. Cleaning crew of 3 are friendly & cheerful. They get right to work & finish the job much quicker than I could. First time I left a couple things in out of the way places to check their thoroughness & they didn't miss them. Might be a little pricey for how long they spend in the home, but no complaints about the quality of work. They have done 3 cleanings with no drop off in performance.

Although the two women had very little English, they were clear about their tasks, efficient and thorough. I wish that they had told me their names (I asked) but other than that I was generally satisfied with the job that they did in 1 1/2 hours. It would have been better if I had been able to speak Spanish and could have requested a few specifics. But, the firm is responsive and would probably take any specific needs or suggestions into account and communicate them to the workers.

$82.39 per visit. The first visit was excellent but visits after that varied from good to mediocre. We did not get the same cleaners every week contrary to what we were told and the cleaning varied with the teams probably because the time spent varied.

Price- a little high for 2 and a half hours of cleaning. Quality- there was so much that wasn't done, I thought they should have stayed until it was mostly done.

Very pleased with the the entire experience, from the initial walk-through to the final work completion. Good quality. The only minor issue was in the inability to fully communicate with the cleaners (who did not speak much English).

Typically they send a crew of 3, but sometimes it's only 2. They are fairly thorough, and don't move things around too much. They got lost and arrived very late the first time, but now they're always on time or even early (which isn't necessarily a good thing for me). David (owner), and Kathy (office person), are always professional, courteous, although dealing with schedule changes, and holidays can take several phone calls.

David came to the house to give an estimate and was prompt and very thorough. The office staff called to schedule a cleaning and she was able to fit me in on the day I requested. I appreciated this during the busy holiday season. The cleaners arrived about 1/2 hour early (which worked out great for me as I was able to leave right away). They were very efficient and polite. The cleaning they did was wonderful! Our office looks really great. We are very satisfied with the work done.

WE ARE SATISFIED WITH THEIR CLEANING AND WILL KEEP HAVING THEM COME OUT. SOMETIMES THEIR SCHEDULE IS VARIABLE AND THEY DO CHANGE THE TIMES ON YOU.

DAVID, THE OWNER, WAS VERY RESPONSIVE TO MY REQUEST FOR AN ESTIMATE. HE CAME THE SAME DAY THAT I CALLED AND THEY WERE ABLE TO DO THEIR FIRST CLEANING WITHIN THE WEEK. I HAVE BEEN VERY HAPPY WITH THE SERVICE THAT WE HAVE RECEIVED SO FAR. THEY CLEAN OUR FLOORS, SCRUB BATHROOMS AND KITCHEN, DUST, EMPTY TRASH CANS, ETC. WE HUNG SOME PICTURES LAST WEEK AND I NOTICED THAT THEY EVEN CLEANED THE GLASS ON THE FRAMES. ITS NICE TO COME HOME TO A CLEAN HOUSE EVERY OTHER WEEK!

DAVE YATTAW WAS COURTEOUS AND EFFICIENT ON THE PHONE AND THE HOUSE CLEANING CREW CAME ON TIME AND DID A VERY NICE JOB OF CLEANING THE FLOORS, BATHROOMS, DUSTING, ETC. THE PRICE QUOTED WAS REASONABLE AND LESS THAN WE HAD SEEN FOR OTHER CLEANING SERVICES FOR A HOUSE OF OUR SIZE.

I FIRST MET WITH DAVID AND HE WAS VERY POLITE AND PROFESSIONAL. EVERYTHING I ASKED ABOUT HE SAID THEY DID. ONE OF THE THINGS I ASKED WAS ABOUT VACUUMING THE FURNITURE. MAYBE THEY ARE SUPPOSED TO BE DOING IT, BUT THEY ARE NOT. ALSO, I HAD TO CALL AND REQUEST THAT THEY DUST THE TOPS OF THE HIGHER ITEMS, LIKE THE REFRIGERATOR. THEY ARE DOING THAT NOW. I AM VERY FUSSY (MORE THAN MOST) AND I WOULD DEFINITELY RECOMMEND THEM.

GENERALLY THEY ARE VERY THOROUGH. WE HAVE 2 CATS AND TWO SMALL CHILDREN, AND WHITE GLOVES HAS BEEN VERY GOOD AT MAKING SURE ALL THE DETRITUS OF OUR FAMILY IS CLEANED UP. OUR FLOORS, OUR BIGGEST CONCERN, ARE ALWAYS SPOTLESS WHEN WE COME HOME AFTER THEY HAVE BEEN IN THE HOUSE. WE HAD THREE CONCERNS AT THE OUTSET: 1. MISSING APPOINTMENT 2. SMALL THINGS BEING BROKEN/CHIPPED 3. LEAVING INTERIOR DOORS OPEN THAT ARE SUPPOSED TO REMAIN SHUT, ALLOWING THE CATS INTO ROOMS THEY SHOULDN'T BE IN. ALL OF THESE ISSUES WERE RESOLVED TO MY COMPLETE SATISFACTION, HOWEVER, SO NO MARKS AGAINST THEM, AND POINTS FOR BEING RESPONSIVE!

DAVE RESPONDED QUICKLY TO MY CALL AND WAS PUNCTUAL & POLITE WHEN HE CAME TO DO THE ESTIMATE. HE WAS ABLE TO SCHEDULE ME IN QUICKLY AND I WAS VERY IMPRESSED WITH THE COMPLETED JOB. IT WAS VERY THOROUGH AND THEY WORKED QUICKLY & PROFESSIONAL. I WOULD USE THIS COMPANY AGAIN IN A MINUTE.

DAVID YATTAW ARRIVED ON TIME FOR AN INITIAL REVIEW AND ESTIMATE. PREVIOUS ESTIMATES I HAD RECEIVED WERE 50-100% MORE THAN HIS. THE FIRST TWO CLEANINGS HAVE BEEN GOOD. I WAS NOT PRESENT FOR THE FIRST CLEANING BUT MET THE TEAM OF THREE WOMEN WHO PERFORMED THE SECOND (THEY ARRIVED SLIGHTLY EARLIER THAN I WAS EXPECTING). THEY WERE BRISK BUT FRIENDLY AND SEEMED TO BE QUITE EFFICIENT. THEY DO AN ESPECIALLY NICE JOB ON MY HARDWOOD FLOORS AND OBVIOUSLY MOVE THINGS AROUND TO DUST AND CLEAN. I THINK THEY ARE AN OVERALL GOOD VALUE, WITH THE WORKMANSHIP PROVIDED IN LINE WITH WHAT I WOULD EXPECT FOR THE COST. THEY ALSO PROVIDE THEIR OWN CLEANING SUPPLIES AND EQUIPMENT WITHOUT AN EXTRA PER-VISIT FEE (OTHER COMPANIES I SOLICITED BIDS FROM CHARGED ON AVERAGE $10/VISIT IF I DIDN'T WANT TO HAVE MY OWN SUPPLIES ON HAND). I AM CONTINUING TO USE THEM ON AN ON-GOING BASIS.

EXTREMELY PROFESSIONAL COMPANY. RECEIVED PROMPT QUOTE AND THEY WERE ABLE TO SQUEEZE US IN TO A CLEANING. MY HUSBAND WAS WORKING FROM HOME AND WITNESSED THE TWO CLEANING FOLKS WORKING VERY HARD. MY HOME WAS SPOTLESS BY THE TIME THEY LEFT AND THEY EVEN TOOK THE TIME TO STRAIGHT THINGS LIKE MY SLIPCOVERS. A PERFECT JOB.

WHITE GLOVES WAS VERY ACCOMMODATING TO MY NEEDS AND I RECEIVED PROMPT SERVICE. THE FIRST TIME A CREW CAME OUT THEY DID NOT COMPLETE THE JOB AS I HAD HOPED. I CONTACTED THE COMPANY AND ANOTHER CREW WAS SENT OUT THAT SAME WEEK TO REDUE THE CLEANING. THEY HAVE SINCE CLEANED OUR HOUSE 2 OTHER TIMES AND WE ARE VERY HAPPY WITH THE WORK. WE WILL CONTINUE TO USE THEM EVERY OTHER WEEK FOR OUR HOUSE CLEANING.

THE CLEANING WAS VERY GOOD. THEY WERE LATE FOR OUR SECOND CLEANING AND DID NOT CALL US TO LET US KNOW THAT THEY WERE GOING TO BE LATE. ONCE I CALLED THEM, THEY OFFERED TO SEND SOMEONE ELSE TO THE HOUSE TO START CLEANING.

I FIRST MET WITH A GAL WHO GAVE ME A QUOTE BASED ON THE ACTUAL WORK THAT NEEDED TO BE DONE. I LIKED THAT RATHER THAN A STANDARD QUOTE, SIGHT UNSEEN. MANAGEMENT IS RESPONSIVE AND FRIENDLY. THEY'VE DONE A TERRIFIC JOB CLEANING EVERY 2 WEEKS. EVEN OUR CRAZY-HAIRED CAT SEEMS MANAGEABLE AND OUR FLOORS LOOK AMAZING. I LOVE COMING HOME AFTER THEY'VE BEEN THERE!
