I could not be happier! Literally, I cannot think of a way my experience with Westman could possibly be improved. At every step of the process, they were friendly, informative, gracious and professional. They took care of all permits and inspections, and were even friendly to our pets. :-) I plan to employ them again when it comes time to replace our electric dryer.

I had water backing up in my second floor bathroom and water leaking into my wall and basement. It ended up being a clogged drain. The woman on the phone troubleshot the issue and provided a great contractor for the work. (Ron the Sewer Rat)

They let themselves in, did the work, left. Just as planned. Keep these guys on speed dial.

This was one of Angie's deals and I learned to read the small print. The cost, $39, was basically a trip charge and then we were charged time and materials beyond that. However, we did have some plumbing questions reviewed and answered. The plumber was incredibly nice and professional and patient and helpful. We will definitely call Westman Plumbing in the future if we need additional work.

I purchased a special offer for a minor plumbing repair on Angie's List. The repair went very well, so I went ahead and had them replace my old water heater ($1100) I had been considering doing for a while. I am very happy with the outcome. The plumber was very informative, with no pressure for added sales. I considered the information offered, did some research and had them back. I will definitely use Westman Plumbing again.

The plumber, Todd, came one day and assessed the situation and gave us best and worst case estimates. Since it might take several hours, he had to come back a few days later. When he showed up on the day, it was on time and he wasted none in getting the job done for less than half of the best-case scenario estimate. He said he'd had time to "think about how" he'd do the job and so was prepared when he came. We are ecstatic at the fast, efficient service and at the very least expensive cost. We'd recommend Westman, and Todd, specifically, for any plumbing job one might need and we'll certainly use them again if we need to. It's comforting to now have "our regular plumber."

Today was the second time we've used Westman Plumbing, and both experiences have been very positive. I awoke this morning to a flood, caused by a broken fitting under a bathroom sink. I called Westman before dawn, and they called me back promptly when they opened, and had a plumber at my house exactly when they said they would this morning. They replaced two shutoff valves in the bathroom, as well as the leaking hose connection. In addition, they also swapped out two aging laundry shut off valves that no longer shut off completely. They were fast, efficient, and fairly priced, and they left things in good shape. They even offered a referral to a company they've worked with that would help deal with the flooding. Overall, I appreciated the responsiveness and service, and would definitely call them again.

I found Westman Plumbing by chance. I posted an inquiry on a neighborhood website looking for advice on installing a gas stove, and Todd - the plumber I ultimately hired - responded. I checked out Westman Plumbing on Angie's List and they had great reviews, so I called Angie (Todd's boss) to set up the appointment. She was so nice and already knew how I found Todd and what I needed him for. They pulled the permit and arranged for the inspection too. So glad Todd responded to my online inquiry because he was amazing! He called me in the morning to see if I wanted him to stop by and disconnect our old stove prior to our new one being delivered as he knew I was sending the old stove away for recycling and that the delivery people wouldn't take the old one if it wasn't disconnected. It was then that he discovered our current set-up wasn't up to code and that he'd have to install a new shut-off valve. He called again in the afternoon to see if he could get started before the delivery guys showed up so he could be ready to go as soon as they brought the stove in. He came over promptly and got the work done quickly and the price was about 1/2 of what I thought it would be. I honestly couldn't be happier. He took extra time at the end to finesse the stove and make sure everything was just right - way beyond what I expected. I will definitely call Westman Plumbing again. Highly recommended!

We called them at 7:20 am. They returned our call at 7:30. Said they'd be out around 10:00 am. He was here at 10:00. And done by 10:30! And was quite affordable. Yay!!

Angie (the master plumber in the shop) answered the phone, took my order, and scheduled the visit for the following morning. The plumber (Sam) arrived within the time frame promised. He removed a plastic toy which had been flushed down the toilet by one of my wife's day care kids. He had to remove the toilet fixture in order to do this, as the toy was well and truly wedged in there and he had to get at it from the bottom. He replaced the wax ring and reinstalled the toilet, caulked around the base, and also adjusted the drain in the bathroom sink as I requested. He did all of this in less than one hour, so the total bill was one hour of labor plus the cost of the wax ring. $135 per hour, $6 for the wax ring, $141.00 total. No service call charge, 1 hour minimum. The work was done competently and professionally. The only very minor gripe I have was that they didn't call me ahead as promised to let me know the plumber was on the way. No big deal. I recommend them without hesitation.

It worked out okay. They came out and fixed it quickly. It worked out great. My interaction with them was good. The work was good.

This was a great experience. Communication was excellent so the job was done exactly as I wanted. The job was well done and completed quickly. I would use again no question.

I think it was fine as I recall. The cost stayed within the $39 deal. My husband found them on Angie?s List. My husband was happy with their service. They got the problem solved.

The service turned out okay. He dropped the check in our living room which I paid him at the time, and I called him and told him that he had dropped the check, so he said that I should put it in the mailing box,and he would pick it up. He didn't pick it up for two weeks, and finally I had to mail it to him. Scheduling the appointment was okay, but I don't think I would call him again. The cost disturbed me too, because I think it was high for what he did. The incinerator worked afterwards, but it is still not up to snuff.

I will continue to use Westman Plumbing. They are responsive, solutions-oriented and reasonably priced.

At first we had a misunderstanding about getting the work done, but once we connected, the needed part was quickly identified. The technician arrived as scheduled and quickly replaced the failing part. The control now works like new.

This ended up being a quick fix and the technician was very helpful. This service only took a couple of minutes but unfortunately they had to charge for a full hour. But still appreciative that they were able to help.

He fixed both things. I got irritated when he destroyed the plastic piece on the faucet. He made no effort to call Moyen to send a new piece. I did have to pay for more parts for the toilet repair. He went and got the parts. I had to pay an extra $50 for parts. I was not overly impressed and they are not someone that I would use again. It was easy to schedule. He was friendly and explained what he was doing. If he had made an effort to replace the plastic piece, I would have given them a better rating. I think that the original deal was priced okay. I do not like it when they do the add ons. They were easy to get a hold of.

Everything went fine and I would recommend them.

As I was setting up my appointment with Westman, I was informed in more detail exactly what the deal included. I concluded that it wasn't exactly what I was looking for, so I elected to not take advantage of the deal. I spoke with Angie, and I am very grateful that she better laid out exactly what was included in the deal so I could make a more informed decision whether or not it was right for me.

He showed up on time, looked over the issues, talked over some options , said he'd put together a bid and email it to me. that was Tuesday, 9/16 A few days later I emailed Angie and said I has not as yet received a bid. She said that Todd had had a family emergency and had not submitted his bid info to her office. That was the last I heard.

The plumber Westman sent out was very punctual, listened to all of my concerns and answered my questions before he began to work. He found that the bathroom faucet was quite old and took the time to look up on line the replacement parts we may need in the future for repairs. He was very helpful. I thought the price was fair, also had a coupon for savings on the service call charge. They also informed me that since I was now a customer, further service charges would not incur.
