Very responsive and professional. Friendly and frank service with extras thrown in graciously. Jake was thorough and made sure I understood the problem and his recommended fix of the problem. He further recommended I pick up enzymes to make sure the pipes stay clear....and to pick them up at the hardware store for a reasonable price. Got an Angie's List discount and great value for the great service.

I called around lots of places and so many companies charged $150-$200 even to come out and take a look (plus additional for repairs). What I liked about Westman Plumbing is the diagnosis was $49 with the Angie's list deal, and if you use them to fix the problem - that is put towards the repair cost. This was very reasonable. Jake (our plumber) came out and had already found the source of the problem in less than 5 minutes. It was what would be considered an "easy" fix and I was so happy to hear that! Just needed a new hose for the humidifier that drained in the proper location. He also gave me some tips and tricks for other pipes in the area, and tightened a leaky pipe. I am definitely going to call Westman Plumbing next time I have a plumbing issue - honest work and reasonable prices!

The technicians were always on time, polite, and went above and beyond to make sure they helped in any way possible. They connected and helped program the water softener and tested the water. Informed us of all the new things we needed to know in our new-to-us house. We always knew what to expect for cost and were kept informed as they worked. This is the best plumbing company I've ever worked with. From their desk scheduling help to the technicians, the service is amazing and the work is excellent. This is the only plumbing company I plan on ever using!

Jake did the work - he is professional, skilled, thorough, punctual, helpful in responding to questions. I'd hire again!

Had someone out last Friday to do an estimate in moving gas lines in hooking up to new gas meter location. I made sure I asked this individual about pulling a permit which is required and he kind of skated the issue and said that they arent going to pull a permit and I told him that I wanted a permit pulled I wanted everything documented and done correctly. I said what's the big deal I'm paying for it anyway. As the visit finished up he assured me that I would receive an estimate on Monday. Nothing on Monday, I called them on Tuesday and they said I should get it by the end of the day today. Now someone just called me back from the office and told me that they are not licensed to pull mechanical permit. So that explains everything they're trying to Hoodwink me.

A part in the faucet was replaced. Initially, the faucet stopped leaking but 3 weeks later it started leaking again:(

Jake showed up and assessed the problem and gave me options of ways that it could be repaired. I had bought one of their offers for an assessment visit so they did what they said they would.

Excellent!! Gave us tips on how to fix it when they came out by screwing a plastic knob tighter and only charged us the $29.95 original fee. We would call them again.

It went well. The repairs were done with honest conversation about what was needed. He also fixed a problem in another bathroom that I wasn't expecting could be fixed at the time.

I called Westman after a cheaper plumber flaked out on me and delayed my project about 2 weeks. Westman came and quoted the project previously, and was able to come in the very next day to complete the work. They were in and out very quickly and the quality was good. There was one issue. After the concrete was poured the drain for the shower was off about 3/4 inch. I showed them a couple of pictures and within a day the adjusted the invoice to a level i thought was fair given the set back. Overall I am happy with the service and would use them again.

The job was quick fix and the plumber was good at explaining what he was working on but when it came to the payment, I gave a credit card but he said he sent the receipt to my email but what I got one hour later was "payment approved" but no amount stated when i checked my account activity he actually charged me 60 dollars more than what we agreed on. When I called his phone number it went unanswered.

It went well. They were on time and diagnosed the problem immediately and fixed it. I would use them again and recommend their service.

During my demo of a 1940's era downstairs bathroom it was discovered that the sink water feeds were soddered pipes and no shutoff valves existed. The bathroom is a small powder room, and so the working area is pretty cramped. Everyone was very friendly from the repair person to the company scheduler. There was a problem with the scheduling (no one showed up at 7am but not until 10:30am), but nobody is perfect, I would use this company again.

Jake was great. He called when he was on his way, assessed the job, gave an immediate quote, and finished without interrupting me on my conference calls. He performed the warranty work without hassle or question. And, to top it all off, for absolutely no reason, he volunteered to spray out all the gunk out of the air conditioner as we walked around the house. Who else would do that? Very cool, highly recommend these guys. I know the price seems kind of high, but I think that is the going rate, and these guys stand by their work without blaming the homeowner.

Great..on time very nice guy...fixed everything and got me some spare flappers for my other toilets. Billing was very straight forward and fair.

We refused his services. We paid $49 through Angie's list for nothing. Angie's list advertising was very misleading and inaccurate. I recommend them to be more transparent and clear to their customer. Otherwise it can lead to unpleasant situation to both the service provider and the customer.

All went well. No complaints. Professional and informative.

Everything was super! Rose, their admin was super nice. Todd, their plumber, did fabulous work. He was super smart and pulled the piping out an old gas vent so that our stucco wasn't damaged. He made sure to put the cutoff valve in past where we want to have a finished ceiling. Really nice to work with and they went beyond what they needed to do to make sure we will have the best possible basement remodel. Thanks!
