We are a small family woman owned plumbing business located in Minneapolis/St Paul Minnesota. Our family has proudly been providing plumbing services throughout the Twin Cities area for over 50 years & 4 generations. We provide emergency, evening & weekend plumbing services. We do not do mainline drain cleaning, just secondary.

We do not WRITE up the deals, Angie's list does. It was a miswording in the description of what exactly it is for. We diagnose any issues & then give you an estimate of the repairs for the service call fee. If work is completed then we do not charge the fee. If work is not done then the fee is charged. Most service companies charge a fee to come out. We are able to keep our labor rates down with this fee because if we just sent guys out who have to be paid for that time, plus van & gas etc, yet 10 jobs a week do not want the work completed then I would have to charge higher rates to those who do want work done to cover the extra costs in sending the guys on the " free estimate" calls which is not fair to those people actually wanting work done versus the ones who want 10 " free estimates" from different companies on service work.

Description of Work: Todd is great (and I expect the other Westman plumbers are too). I kidded him that I could set my watch by his punctuality. We've used him twice over the last few months and each time he worked on our multiple projects with both precision and speed. I've never seen any home professional hustle like Todd did...and it's not like he's in a hurry to get done just to leave but rather it's like he just wants to keep things moving to ensure I'm receiving the best value for my money.

Description of Work: We had a leaky shutoff valve to our toilet. That was replaced and a new toilet was installed. Also fixed two toilets that kept "running" after they were flushed and a clogged laundry tub. Todd Firman was on time, very efficient, and very congenial. We discussed with him our options for some work we plan to do in the future and he was very helpful.
