Description of Work: Todd replaced an old leaky main shutoff valve at the meter. He was very cordial and professional. Scheduling was tricky because we were coordinating the work with the city and they gave us a 4 hour window where the water was going to be shut off on our cul-de-sac. In addition we only had a one day notice. So I give high praise to Westman for understanding my situation and working with us on short notice.

Description of Work: They replaced the kitchen faucet and the outside sprinkler faucet along with some copper piping. He arrived early, so was able to check out a couple items I had questions about. One being the continues running of the upstairs toilet, which just needed adjusting.

Description of Work: Checked kitchen sink plumbing for source of odor. Plumber took apart pipes and did not find a source of odor.

Description of Work: They replaced the water faucet on my bathtub. This required having to search for the part since the tub is over 20 years old. They were very good about keeping me informed about the search and went out of their way to get me scheduled in as soon as possible.

Description of Work: The work was done on time and solved the problem. However, the owner, Angie Westman, refused to honor the Angie's List deal which clearly stated $39 for a service call. She blamed me for not understanding the offer, then she went on to suggest in an e-mail I was trying to get away with something. This was the worst example of customer service I have ever experienced. Rather than admitting she had made a mistake in wording the offer, or didn't closely read the posting on Angie's list after it came out, she blamed the customer! Final insult was the wording of the bill where she accused me of refusing to pay for the labor and she was only going to charge me for the part - $91. Yet checking online shows this part routinely sells for $50 or less. Hmmmm $50 + $39 comes very close to $91. | |In short, the quality of the work and the person who did it were fine. But if you have problems with the job, watch out! If my experience is any indication, the Westman's will probably blame you for it!
