These folks are the best. My elderly mother in law's bath tub began to leak in the wall at the tub spout. Appointment was set up a week out as it was a small noncritical job. They called today (4 days early) and said a job had finished early and they could come today. The plumber who arrived was prompt, courteous and professional and was able to explain to her what he had done to fix it. She is extremely happy. Thanks Westman Plumbing!!!!!

Arrived on time, very friendly, completed work efficiently and prices seemed fair for work performed.

Everything went fine---the plumber was well informed, prepared, and didn't try to get me to do more things than necessary. In fact, one reason I had him come was something he said wasn't necessary but another small thing turned out to be more work than planned. I only had that done and saved some money.

The basement toilet fix and laundry tub replacement went fine. The upstairs faucet replacement was an issue. Had a hard time removing the old faucet fixtures. Got one removed but had to leave to find/get a tool to cut off the other one. Had to replace the pipes underneath the sink and eventually had to replace the water feed lines because they were so corroded. Everything is working now, with all the issues increased the time and money.

I called and left a message about some work that I needed done. It took 3-4 business days to get a response - a message on my voice mail apologizing, that someone in the office was proving problematic in handling messages in a timely manner, and that I should call back and leave a message for a specific person. I did. I never heard back after that at all.

Todd arrived early, worked quickly to assess and fix the problem. The outcome was a repaired joint pipe. It turns out the pipe was only inserted into the elbow joint, so glue was applied to properly seal the two pipes. We have had no leaks since the repair. We used a discount from an Angie's list special to hire their services.

Said that the leak wasn't from the plumbing. Instead shower needs a regrout.

all that was needed was a new washer - I had made an appointment for one day, but got tied up at the doctor and missed that appointment - I called to let the company know - I made a new appointment, and got the faucet fixed - the nice man said (even though all he did was replace a washer in 5 minutes) that he had to charge me something because I had missed the first appointment and he had spent time that day waiting for me

I think the shower is ok haven't tried the spigot. The offer is misleading. All you are doing is prepaying on the hourly charge which is $156.00 per hr. Plus I got charged the whole hr for 1/2 hr of work! Will not fall for this again Angie's list.

I bought the Angie's List Big Deal on Friday; the company called me on Monday to schedule. I was able to schedule the service when I wanted it. The plumber arrived a few minutes early (!) and diagnosed the problem quickly. My pipes are the original ones from 1923. One of the faucets had the pin (?) almost worn away but he was able to replace that and fix both faucets on the tub. He gave me an estimate for what it would cost to replace the faucets but didn't say that I needed to do it right now. (I suspect other plumbers would have recommended replacement immediately.) I put a B for price but I really don't have much experience in knowing what plumbers cost so perhaps what I paid is a good deal; it just seemed a lot to me for a half hour of work. I would definitely hire the company again. The plumber was excellent and I trusted him.

Jake did a great job all three faucets were installed and work wonderfully. He also noticed that I had a toilet that had been recalled so he told me how to get the recall piece that I needed to fix the problem. He also checked the hardness of my water to make sure that the Water softener was working correctly. Yes I would definitely call them again! For the time he was at our home and work he did, the price was much better than a previous plumber I had used Thank you Jake!

Excellent. Jacob was the tech that came out and in no time he had the faucet handle fixed. Very professional and personable. I could not have been more pleased.

I was so happy - he fixed everything. First, my garbage disposal had something stuck in it. Which he quickly fixed. Also, put the valve back in place on my outside water faucet. Was concerned about it freezing my pipe. He suggested that I replace it as it is 50 years old. Toilet water - had to flush twice, which is irritating. He adjusted water level so only would need one flush. One of those new toilet that is suppose to save water! Put some stuff down my kitchen drain for more free flowing also added a small lemon peel to my disposal. My kitchen now smells so sweet. I was very happy that I got a knowledgeable plumber that knew what he was doing. Makes my life easier - no irritations for me to dwell on. ;-) I would definitely use Westman Plumbing again.

They were dishonest regarding the charge, unresponsive, and did not complete the work as requested. Would never recommend them to anyone.

Todd was prompt, professional, and it ended up costing less than estimated. I have already hired them for several other jobs. Always responsive!!

Westman Plumbing was fantastic. They sent their plumber Todd out right away to diagnose the problem. He was punctual, thorough, incredibly helpful and kept me informed on what the problem was and what was needed to fix it. He installed a chimney cap and a damper to cover the fireplace and furnace pipes, and included detailed notes on the invoice as well. I thought the price was very reasonable, especially given Todd had to get on top of a very tall ladder in winter to reach the top of my chimney. Westman also gave me a $15 Angie's list coupon discount which was great. I highly recommend Westman Plumbing and will definitely call them in the future for any plumbing help I need.

I made a Big Deal purchase with them. It was good. Their price was average. One person came out and it took him less than an hour to complete the service. With plumbing, every job is different but their price seemed reasonable to me. There was one little hitch but it wasn't a big deal.
