That was a good service. That worked well. I was happy with them. Since November, there has not been any issue. Everything they did was up to my standards so I think they did a good job.

When they spoke to me on the phone, they gave me a quote, which was similar to what I had received from another plumber, but when they actually did the work, it turned out to be over a triple what they had told me and they really couldn't do anything for me except promised me discount next time I use them.

I liked the promptness of getting the service done and the knowledge of the person who came out. I'm pretty sure that I went for the $99. I thought the price was a little high and what I prefer was a good deal. I was amazed what little was done that actually would have cost $250.

Our hot water heater broke and drained on the laundry room floor. We called Westman plumbing and they not only replaced it the same day,which no one else would do, but they gave us the best price on a new heater. Expert and professional in every way.

Everyone was very professional, courteous, and helpful. Despite being called for what we thought would be a big job, they checked things out and didn't try to do any added expensive work. The companies online billing and responses are nice, too. Very friendly and we would definitely use them again!

The provider was prompt and knowledgeable. I had a leaking bathroom faucet that I tried to fix myself. I stripped the handle screw, so the faucet handle needed to be cut off!. He cut the original handle and replaced it with a new one. I thought this job would take a long time, but it onlt took 20 minitues. I am very satisfied and would highly recomment thier services.

When I finally got around to looking up someone to install a water softener it was the weekend so I emailed (or used the contact form on their web site - I don't remember) two different companies. I never ever heard from Westman Plumbing. A nice lady from the other company called me and we chatted for a while about water softeners and I went with them without getting further quotes. It is a pet peeve of mine that companies have email links on their web site but they either don't check the email or don't bother to reply. It happens quite a lot and these days that is hard to understand. Anyway this company lost out because I might have spent $1,000 with them if they had got back to me. They might do good work but not for me.

I paid extra for the parts involved. They were fine. They showed up on time and had the items that I needed to be installed so I recommend them.

After a couple of days, I still had drain issues, toilet still gurgles

The toilet was working but may a loud noise and the tank vibrated when flushed. Since I only have one bathroom in my home I wanted it repaired before it quit working. The plumber arrived on time replaced a couple of parts and had the toilet flushing without vibrations or loud noises. He explained what he had done to repair it and what caused the problem. He was professional and I would use their services again

- first visit was $99 for 2 hour package deal. Replaced cartridge in tub faucet but it did not take full 2 hours. - 2nd visit was free. Replaced tub cartridge again because tub was still dripping. - 3rd visit cost was $125 to fix leak under sink caused by freezing pipes. This involved replacing one part. - 4th visit to replace bathroom faucet and kitchen faucet was $389 for labor. I supplied the parts. The tub faucet was replaced due to the first 2 cartridge replacements not stopping the leak. The kitchen faucet was replaced due to 1st time drip. -5th visit to fix leak under kitchen sink caused by disrupting flexible copper pipes and shut-off valves during faucet replacement was $30 cost for parts only. My assessment of Westman Plumbing is that the office and the repair persons are very courteous and helpful and the company is very quick to provide free labor when 2nd visits are required to correct something. The office is generally quick to respond to calls and the repair persons are very punctual. There was one time during the 5 visits that there was a misunderstanding on whether the repair person was coming and I had to call the office and repair person several times before finding out that I needed to reschedule for a subsequent day. I think this was not a typical situation and may have been a shared fault. I left a message early in the morning asking feasibility for an additional service and received a call back which I was not available to take. When I tried to call them back several times, I did not receive an answer until 2 hours past the estimated appointment time.

This is a rental property and we were out of town when the service took place. We used them twice so the work was acceptable.

They were good. They were very professional. They didn't do that much because they couldn't replace the toilet. They did some minor things while they were here waiting to get responses about availability of parts.

Went well, but I am always surprised at hourly wages: at $135.00, thats $260,000.00/year (48 wks/4 weeks off). Most MDs I work with with 27+ years of education/training don't make that much.

Overall, I was just very pleased with them. They were also punctual. You get what you pay for, and they got some excellent technicians. I like that they respond quickly. The technicians are very knowledgeable and they work quickly. So, you spend a lot on labor. The first time they came was for a shut off valve in the kitchen for a kitchen sink and some drainage issue. They also estimated at that point in time what I needed to do to clear out so the bathroom tub would drain. They came back the second time at my request and did that. They did that in far less time than other estimates that I have had. They were also better prices than other estimates.

I had the guys come over and see if they could possibly repair the leak issue I thought I was having due to shower head/tub. He was able to correctly diagnose the issue to be the toilet bowl tank. The reason was that the ball inside the tank was spraying water upwards and the water was dripping from there to the back and through trimming to the floor ceiling below. Since we had already paid for the 2 hour of labor I figured that replacing the whole toilet bowl made more sense since it was not of good quality and could use an upgrade. Everything went well and service was completed in timely manner!

Due to a pipe that froze and burst in the early morning, we needed a plumber to come asap. We called for an appointment and had someone to our home within a few hours. Chris was very thorough, knowledgable, efficient and did an excellent job today. Thank you for your great service! We were relieved when we found out it was a minor repair with minimal damage and couldn't be more satisfied.

The leak below one of two bathroom sinks was fixed. It was believed that clogged plumbing between the two bathroom sinks caused the leak to develop over time. The plumber did not have the equipment with him to snake out the plumbing line between the two sinks. I bought another Deal after this visit to have the drain snaked.

The plumber was unable to snake out the waste line for the two sinks. He said I could try drain cleaner. The alternative would be to take the back wall apart so that better access would be possible to clean the wastelines out at their junction. On 3/29, I had another plumber out, and he cleared the clog in less than 45 minutes -- no hole in a wall needed.

It turned out fine. They got the job done in a couple of hours for the toilet. The scheduling was very quick. The cleanup was perfect.
