Description of Work: Todd arrived promptly with the part needed for the backup flow (or whatever it is called!) for the boiler. He was respectful of our home, covered shoes in carpeted areas, and explained the work. When that was completed, I asked about some other plumbing issues in this house. He made suggestions for correcting them and also quoted me prices for another substantial project. Needless to say, Westman Plumbing will be called for additional work!

Description of Work: The cost I listed was for the coupon, parts and a second trip out. Received a phone call to arrange an appt the same day as I purchased the coupon. Very knowledgeable and helpful staff helped me narrow down the work to be done. Basically fixing a shut off valve in bathrrom sink and installing one where we had none in our second bathroom. Todd showed up and got right to work. He finished the work in the time alloted. He did mention that the trap in the main bathroom may need to be replaced as it was installed years ago somewhat off kilter. Couple days later I noticed it did have a small leak in that area. Called them back and Todd came out in a couple of days and replaced the trap too!

Description of Work: So I did not actually use Westman but I did call them for a quote. Angie returned my call immediately and told me that they were booked up for the next few days. She immediately provided me with a reference to another plumber she would recommend and even gave me the phone number. I was extremely impressed with her customer service.

Description of Work: I needed service for a leaking water heater on the Saturday of Memorial Day weekend. I contacted Westman Plumbing around 9 AM and Angie Westman, The owner herself, called me back to discuss my needs. Because it was a holiday weekend, she had no staff available but, after discussing what I needed done, she herself asked if she could come out and take a look. About 45 minutes later she arrived and reviewed my situation.She then called one of her former plumbers who she said might be available. She told me "Mario" was available to help and was at my home with all needed parts and tools within 90 minutes of the time she called him.Mario had my repairs completed in less than one hour. He reviewed with me what he had done as well as discussed options for future water heater replacements. Overall, I am extremely pleased by the professionalism and service provided by Angie Westman, and would highly recommend Westman Plumbing to anyone in the Minneapolis/St. Paul area.
