+ -1 moreI hired West-Metro Turf for the season on the recommendation of a neighbor. The first year went okay as Steve (the owner) did provide the agreed upon services. I never knew when he would come as he didn't provide a schedule, but he did respond to my calls. I paid for 2014 season, but just realized that he hadn't come out and the weeds are. I called his phone number to find out why and his line has been disconnected. It looks like I'm out the $228 I paid for service.

+ -1 moreI'd say this was a rip-off.
Description of Work: Steve the owner came through our neighborhood and signed me up for lawn aeration at a "discounted?" price. I wrote the check out to another individual who must have done the work a few days later. It looked to me like he drove around my house twice with some kind of riding mower/aerator. I really had to look to find any aeration plugs. When I had another lawn service remove leaves two weeks later, I had them redo the aeration. They did a fine job. I'm not going to use West Metro Turf again
