+ -1 moreOnce I decided to go with Wellington for the installation I called the scheduler. She couldn't have been nicer or more accomodating. She arranged the installer's schedule to fit my schedule. This was much appreciated. The installer, Mike, was such a professional. He arrived on time both days, and he cleaned up after himself. He worked dilgently to get everything installed. When glitch arose, he handled it and got the job done. He made an appointment with me to and quot;trainand quot; on the new system at a time that was convenient for me (and probably not so convenient for him). He was patient and went over all the aspects of the system and what to expect. From beginning to end Wellington was top-notch. Eveyone at the company is pleasant and helpful. I couldn't have had a better experience.
Description of Work: I stumbled on this company as a result of a recommendation from a contractor. I didn't know what to expect, but I really had a postive experience. I called Wellington Security and had them come over and give me a quote for installing a security system in my home. Bill Rosener, one of the owners, set up a time to come out and meet with me. He was punctual and asked good questions about what I wanted in a home security system. He wasn't pushy, and he didn't try to sell me things I didn't need. Within a couple of days he gave me a quote for installing the system and the cost of monthly monitoring. I don't have a land line, but unlike a couple of other companies I called, that wasn't a problem. I got quotes from two more companies, both nationally known. The salesmen I met from those companies were both pushy, and they both tried to sell me products I didn't need. Significantly, the Wellington quote was much lower than the quotes from the two national companies.
