Lysa seemed really nice and very enthusiastic at the beginning, but after I ordered and paid for the invitations she practically disappeared. She was extremely unresponsive and unprofessional in responding to my requests for her to fix mistakes she made and she was late every step of the way. The first proof she sent me - had the wrong wedding date, several mistakes in order and wording, and included a star fish which was absolutely never even mentioned. It took her weeks to fix these mistakes and send me a second proof, then it took her another 2 weeks to actually order them, I had to call her cell phone, her supervisor and sent over 15 emails trying to get my wedding invitations, and she required payment up front so I was stuck. Overall my experience with Lysa was miserable
Description of Work: Lysa was responsible for my wedding invitations, however, she was extremely unresponsive when I tried to make corrections as she had my wedding date wrong and included a star fish, and was also several weeks late in finally fixing her mistakes and delivering the product. The product was nice, but she didn't make the invitations, what I paid her for was the service which was awful.

I HOPE TO USE HER FOR THE REST OF MY LIFE. SHE IS GREAT!
Description of Work: SHE IS AN AMAZING DECORATOR. SHE HAS A WONDERFUL EYE FOR COLOR AND IS VERY PATIENT. SHE IS ABLE TO UNDERSTAND A PERSON''S DECORATING WISHES AND TRANSLATE THEM INTO SOMETHING SPECTACULAR.
