Weld & Sons Plumbing

The faucets of my bathroom sink were corroded and the shut off valve was broken. The technician(Mike) tried to replace the washer on the faucet but was unable to take apart. The faucet fixture was non repairable and suggested a new faucet be installed. He had one on hand and installed it. New plumbing underneath the sink was also put in but at no charge. After installation the water pressure was low and we were able to find the problem and fix that also. The water draining from the washing machine to the shower was done by Tim. First try from the shower going toward the washing machine was not working, so going through the trap near the washing machine seemed to do the trick. Water was filled in the sink and it was rushing out of there like it was on fire. Both technicians told me what was done and answered all my ???s. I would definitely recommend them for any plumbing need you may have. Very professional service which is what a person expects for service.. Great job guys Chuck Waldmyer

Arrived right on time and completed the work within an hour and a half. Very satisfied with the results and the company and plumber were very nice to deal with.

I called on Monday to set up an appointment, and everyone I talked to was very pleasant and patient as I explained the problems with our upstairs bath. This wasn't an emergency so I didn't need them to come out the same day, but they were able to schedule us for Wednesday. I wasn't home but my husband was and said Kevin, the technician who did the work, was extremely professional and knew exactly what he was doing, and was even nice to our cat! When I got home I was completely impressed that the shower works correctly now, the toilet doesn't leak anymore, and we now have cold water coming out of the sink again because before, it was ONLY hot. My only regret is that I didn't call them sooner. Will definitely use them again the next time something goes wrong!

It is a great job and great pleasure to have him working in our house and solve our problem.

I called Weld and Sons on Monday morning and told the gal that answered the phone that it wasn't an emergency, but that I had a clogged toilet. Within a half hour or so, I received a call back that they could be out later the same morning and someone would call before. Within an other hour or so, I received a call from Ben Pullis that he was on his way. He got there within the half hour, checked out the problem, and fixed it, along with asking me some questions and explaining what he was doing. I am extremely pleased with this company, and have had them out before, and would definitely use again.

First off, I rated price as "N/A" because I don't have any comparison to make. In the evening of our moving day, when we were finally about to take shower and go to bed, we found that a valve underneath the vanity in a full bath was leaking... Fortunately, I searched Angie's List for plumbers earlier on, so I went straight to my "Favorite" list. Weld & Sons has an emergency number, and my call was answered. The guy was SO patient over the phone and provided us with temporary but at least effective solution. The next day, he came out and fixed the leaking valve. Since there is a trip charge and we want the garbage disposal replaced anyway, my husband bought a new garbage disposal beforehand, and the guy put the new one on for us. He also re-positioned the dishwasher hose, as suggested by our inspector earlier on.

Kevin is great, over the years the company has performed several repairs for our family. Expert, courteous and reasonable prices.

Old toilet tank cracked on Memorial Day holiday and called on Tuesday morning to have a new toilet installed as soon as possible. My new toilet was installed by 10:30 AM Tuesday morning. Great job. Fast service. Would call them again for sure and would recommend to anyone. Thanks to Weld and Sons for prompt and courteous service.

The woman taking my initial call was lovely. She was pleasant and attentive and was a pleasure to work with. I indicated I needed someone there within a 3 hour timeframe as I was going to be leaving and she indicated she'd check if that was possible and let me know. The plumber (Ben Pullis) called me himself prior to the appt to ask a few questions and let me know that he could be out in the time frame that I listed. He was later than the time frame that we had discussed but I know depending on the job just prior, it's not always possible to be on time. He was thorough and took the time needed to clear the drain--gave a "report of findings" ans was out in about an hour. I thought he was professional and also pleasant and did a great job. Overall i was very happy with this company's service and would definitely use them again.--THANK YOU

Clyde showed up right on time, and rather than having to replace the two outside faucets, he was able to repair them. He then and replaced the two bathroom faucets and fixed the hot/cold water control in the shower. This is the second time I have used Weld and Sons, and will use them again next time I need any plumbing work performed.

My outside faucets (one each at front and back) were very old and leaky so I asked Weld and Sons to replace them. I also wanted the back one moved as it was right next to the dryer vent. Kevin showed up on time as arranged and had the whole job finished in just under two hours, including shifting the back faucet across just under a foot. The replacement faucets are excellent quality and he took the time to show me that they don't need covering in winter. The price was a bargain for the work, I think. I'm very happy with the results. This is the second time I have used this company and I'll continue to.

It went great. They came out on the day that I called and did a fantastic job. They were very quick and professional. The job took about 10 minutes and cost me $200.00. Was a bit pricy but I got it repaired.

Great company, appointment set up, scheduler verified job and date/time. The plumber called early and actually started working 10 minutes ahead of schedule. Total time was 31/2 hours. Great job and would definitely call again.

They’re top notch. They came when they said they would and were done when they said they would be. There were no surprises. We were happy with what we got. They answered all of my questions.

We just needed to get some of our gas plumbing up to code - installing a drip T and properly supporting the gas line to our dryer. So it was not a very big job at all. Weld and Sons was among the cheapest out there. They gave me a very accurate estimate on the phone. The lady I spoke to on the phone was a little unsure of what exactly we needed done so she transferred my call to the owner to give me an accurate estimate. This showed me that they really care about their customers' needs. I called on a Friday afternoon and they were here first thing Tuesday morning. Showed up right when they said they would. Dan was very nice, worked quickly, did exactly what we asked, and showed me his work when he finished. I would highly recommend using them.

I called first thing in the morning and they were able to send someone out the same day. He called ahead of time so my husband could leave work and meet him there. Ben, was prompt and courteous and we will call them again when we have plumbing problems (our house is almost 90 years old so we frequently have plumbing issues).

Our refrigerator's water line leaked causing water damage to our basement ceiling. Kevin came out, found the problem and shut down the water. We were traveling at the time so he helped our house sitter by recommending a mitigation company to clean up the water damage and dry out the ceiling, walls & floor. Once we returned home, Kevin came back, repaired the problem and confirmed no other damage or possible issues to worry about. We've used Weld & Sons several times in the past six years and wouldn't call anyone else. They are professional, responsive, stick to the schedule and treat our home with respect. We wouldn't call anyone else for our plumbing needs.

The job went well. Performed as asked and efficiently. I did call around for quotes and was satisfied with the price I paid. I would recommend Weld for other plumbing needs.

Great experience! Scheduled an appointment right away. I appreciate that they give you a "heads-up" phone call so I that I was able to take care of some items at work and then meet at my house. Ben P took care of unclogging the toilet and cleared the bath tub drain too. Very professional and knowledgeable, and he answered all my questions. Cleaned up everything afterwards. While I know nothing about plumbing, so glad Ben knows what he's doing. He was also great about showing some areas of concern, which when I have the opportunity, I'll be contacting Weld & Sons to help take care of for me.

He was professional, careful (my house has pure white carpet), and efficient. He was on-time and called 15 minutes before arriving to tell me when he would be there. He was honest and told me that I did not need to replace the parts on the third toilet, which saved me money.

Called Weld mid-morning. They were here by mid-afternoon the same day and fixed the problem (leak) quickly and efficiently.
