It went well. The plumber changed out two faucets and installed a new garbage disposal that I purchased. Also, my toilet didn't flush well and he changed out the parts that didn't work. The plumber did not communicate much but did the job well. I wish he had told me if he had adjusted the water pressure for the toilet. Just wanted to know.

While I didn't want to spend the money to replace the water heater, Jason explained thoroughly what caused the issue. I didn't have help to buy and get a water heater to my home, so I decided to just have them provide it and install it. Jason was very cordial; thorough in his work, kept me informed through the process and cleaned up behind him.

Clyde was on time and was able to complete the job of removing and replacing the defective gas control valve in an hour and a half. He worked quickly and efficiently which we appreciated because we had gotten word that our daughter-in-law was in labor and we wanted to get to the hospital soon.

Kevin arrived on time, diagnosed the problems in both bathrooms. Installed new repair cartridges in both bathrooms and a water diverter spout, along with replacing some of the pipe. Onto the leaking shower drain in the master bath---decision time!! Kevin explained the options and WE decided it was best to address the situation now with the Permanant repairs. Cutting into the living room ceiling revealed the problem with the drain pan, so Keviin corrected that, cleaned everything up in there. And we are done after 1 3/4 hours. The bill at 375.00 was reasonable and included all the parts needed. Kevin was professional in every respect, explained all, including beforehand and the final bill. I will definitely use Weld and Son in the future. Thank you Kevin and Don Weld !!!

Ben was courteous and went right to work, completing the job in under an hour, during which he cleared the drains and replaced piping which needed it badly.

This is my 3rd time using Weld & sons and they continue to exceed my expectations. Clyde called ahead of time to give me a heads-up that he might be late due to traffic - turns out he wasn't even late. Excellent job explaining what he would need to do and carrying it out.

I had asked that someone be there by 7:30 as I needed to leave for work by 8:45. Clyde arrived at 7:30 sharp and got to work. He replaced the valves so that if I had a problem down the road I could replace them. Shortened the water pipe as asked and extended my discharge pipe on the water heater to six inches above the floor. He even hooked up my washing machine hoses for me as I have trouble with that. He finished on time and was pleasant as always.

Excellent! Ben came out and was able to unclog our bath tub upstairs and shower downstairs. We purchased the home foreclosed 3 years ago running into this issue constantly.With failed attempts doing this, we decided to give Weld & Sons a call. Ben was did a great job unclogging both bathrooms in a timely manner and was able to tell me what the cause was and suggestions.

Ben in a half hour time period was able to clear the drain and add a new grate to the open drain. We was on time, and worked efficiently.

Called and inquired about what cost it would be to replace a flange and put in a new toilet. I was given an estimate that it could take 3-4 hrs. and that they charge a service call fee then charge at 15 min. increments after that. We also purchased a new toilet through them. We went ahead and hired them. Jason came out on the day scheduled and was on time. Since there was no toilet to remove (we had the tile replaced in the bathroom a week before and the tile guy upon removing the old toilet noticed the flange was broken hence the reason for calling Weld and Son's). He started right away and was done within an hour of arriving. All looks good and he cleaned up after.

I was really happy with the service. Clyde was courteous and professional and explained everything very well. This is the first time I used them and I definitely will again.

They were prompt about answering my query and calling me back. They were very transparent about giving exact detail and breakdown of anticipated charges. The total charges were close to what was quoted over the phone, which I thought was really remarkable. The work was done extremely well and with minimal disruption. I even called them the day before the scheduled appointment and due to another cancellation they were able to squeeze in our appointment that morning (a day early), which was good since the other two things (appliance delivery and electrical install) happened much earlier than anticipated. They came back for the city gas inspector 10 days later. I am VERY, very happy to have found Weld & Sons Plumbing as I've had trouble finding a good, reliable plumber that does excellent work at a fair price.

Sam arrived promptly at 7:30 and could not have been nicer. He showed me where the turn off in the basement was for the outdoor faucet so in the future I would not need to shut off all the water to the house. He had it fixed within 20 minutes and showed me the broken parts. I will definitely use them again.

A relative working for him told me he could install a new Softener at low cost. After installation, he discovered that he had not checked the inflow pipes and outflow pipes, thereby spreading the goo from my New water softener thru out my entire piping thru out the house. It was a mess and difficult to resolve!!!!!~

Kevin was very good. He found the problem and proposed a practical way of fixing. He also did some miscellaneous other plumbing repairs.

Great! Plumber was able to remove it and he said it was a tough one even for someone as experienced as him. Highly recommend Weld & Sons!

They did a great job! They called prior to doing the work to understand our need, called back with a reminder of the expected service time, arrived on time, and performed the work within the expected budget. What's not to like? Highly recommend!

They came out, determined the issue and replaced the drain in about 45 minutes. They did excellent work.

Wonderful ! Came on time, very honest and skilled. He found there was no problem with the back flow valve as the irrigation co had suggested. He pursued an alternative problem and found a hole in an irrigation line. He irrigation co will need to fix. He discovered this quickly and charged the minimum labor charge.
