Great as always. Excellent repair service provided by Clyde. This is our fourth time calling Weld and Sons plumbing for various repairs and alway receive fast, honest, courteous, professional and very fair-priced service. Would not hesitate to call again. So glad we found this excellent provider on Angie's List!

Ben and Brant were on time and explained what they needed to do. They had to call in a runner to get the parts for the kitchen faucet. They had to do extra work on the shower head. When they were done he asked us to check everything to make sure it was what we wanted. We have used Weld and Sons several times and are always very pleased with there service and professionalism. Jim Eels has always been very helpful when we call in for service.

Very well, I have always received very good service from this company.

Following two days of constant rain we discovered that our sump pump motor died which left 1/4" of water on the basement floor. It was a Sunday so we called to get emergency assistance since the water just kept coming up faster than my husband good bucket out. The service rep for Weld was finishing another a job and was able to help us two hours later. He immediately identified the problem and replaced the motor with a new motor which immediately started pumping the water to our backyard. We have not had any other problems since. I've used Weld often over many years and as usual, this employee knew what he was doing, was quick to fix it and a pleasure to work with. This is a great company.

Don, Markus, and the whole team were great! I rate responsiveness as among one of the most important qualities a company can have and these guys were not only quick to answer, but they were all honest, respectful of our home, positive, hard working, and very knowledgeable in their craft. They answered all my questions and they kept their word in terms of their timeline - in fact, they finished ahead of schedule! I so appreciated their quality work, and I would highly recommend them!

We were very happy with them. The price was extremely reasonable. They took a reasonable amount of time. They cooperative with us. My husband wanted to do part of the work. They were competitive with their price.

Ben was on time, explained what needed to be done to fix the leak in the toilet tank. He performed the installation and made sure the new value did not leak. I had a few questions about other plumbing projects I will have in the future. He was knowledgeable and answered my questions.

Great! Could not unclog the drain with any home remedies. Ben P. arrived and did a great job! Things flow very smoothly now.

Great! Tiffany provided 3 layout options (from less expensive to more expensive), she provided guidance on fixture and tile options, the carpenter (Rich) did a quality and conscientious job, the plumbers also did great work, professional installation, scheduling went great, everybody was always on time, and clean up was taken care of every day. A professional and talented team!

As planned, drain was cleared within minutes. Ben Pullis the technician was clear about what needed to be done. Asked thorough questions about drainage and offered advice about placing a strainer in the tub to prevent stuff from getting down the drain as well as what to look for if floor drain needs cleaning.

So i called two Plymouth area plumbers from Angie's. Weld & Sons answered and said they didn't know if they would be able to make it today but would try and see what they could do and call me back. Within 30 minutes I had a call back asking what I needed and said that though they were full, a tech was going to have an opening in between appts and they could squeeze it in. Said he'd call between 12: 30 and 2:30 which was fine with me. After 2:30 arrived with no call - I did call back. I was going to go buy a new valve and replace myself if they couldn't make it. It seemed his appointment ran into complications and he couldn't make it but someone would call and get to me that day. Not 30 minutes later, Tim showed up in my driveway! It seems he works in the office more now but didn't want to leave me hanging and came to help us out. This was a pleasant surprise! Tim was so nice, efficient, clean, honest....I cannot say enough. He put on a new valve "up to code" and went with the lower cost but still effective option, deciding on his own to save me money on the parts. Great experience. When I need plumbing services again they will be the first ones I call. Thank you!

The faucet had been leaking for a while and it was a bit of a soggy mess under the sink - old house, old fixtures - the contractor had to work hard to remove old pipes and install the new. He was focused, polite, and personable. We've hired Weld for bathroom faucet replacements and trust them and recommend and will use again.

Fine. The B for punctuality was due to the vendor's map sent them the wrong direction.

They showed up on time, we very professional, provided quality work, and completed the work within the estimated time frame.

It went well and exceeded expectations

Drain cleaner was here first, then the plumber came out. Both did work very well and as quickly as possible. Office was responsive and quick. Definitely am marking this company to use again if their services are needed. I'd highly recommend them based on my experience.

They came and replaced it the same day we called. They were on time, professional and communicated about the job. Excellent work and service. Loved them and recommend them.

Perfectly, except for a small drippy trail through the house where they carted out the deceased. No biggie--easily wiped up.

Very disappointed. The person arrived 1:30 hour late. The. He recommended to remove a toilet to clean the main line because he couldn't find the main line opening. I asked for the price he said $75 for the removal of the toilet and reinstallation of the toilet. The rest of the cost was to put the wire in the plumbing line. I asked several times as I was concerned with the cost. Then I finally said ok take it and put it back ( the toilet) and clean the lines. He then said he could not install the toilet and that he said that would cost extra or I can do it myself following a YouTube video. Absolutely disappointing. The main office called me to discuss the incident and they say "well we can not see Thur walls" very disappointing response. I just wish they have explain was risk were implied and what was covered and what was not. I would not recommend them ever.

After examining the situation, Manny explained what needed to be done and asked if it was okay to proceed. He completed the work in a timely manner and didn't leave a mess. Pleased with quality of work.

Technician (Ben P.) cleared clog quickly. He was prompt, polite and efficient.
