Description of Work: I had both my kitchen sink and floor drain cleaned out. They also replaced part of the plumbing in the kitchen due to its age. The technician was very thorough and professional.

Description of Work: Tried to install a water heater, the owner gave me very good an saving suggestion, I did I not listen. I trust this company and will use them for my future service.

Description of Work: The technician, Ben Pullis, cleaned out a bathroom drain that was completely plugged up. I mentioned that my kitchen sink wasn't running well either and even though I had not scheduled this in advance (and I could tell he was busy because he kept getting calls), he agreed to clean that out, too, and gave me a discount besides. He also discussed with me an issue I was having with my basement floor drain, although I didn't ask him to do any work. The only thing I would fuss about a little is that I had to supply paper towels and garbage bags - he mentioned he had forgotten his paper towels in his garage, so apparently that was just a fluke. I know some companies also have booties to put over the technician's shoes, which I think is a great idea. He took his shoes off, which I appreciated since they were wet, but ended up putting them back on - though he was careful to stay on the newspapers that were spread out. Overall, a good experience - and it seems most things go wrong at my house so what a relief!

I picked "C" just because I had to pick something AND because there was a delay in Weld and Sons returning my call. | |I used someone else so giving Weld and Son any sort of grade is rather nonsensical. | |By the time Weld and Sons returned my call, I had used another plumber (My Service Pro)that was recommended by my company's facilities manager AND that was listed on your site.

Description of Work: Called in the early morning with a plugged drain. Ben Pullis was out by later that morning, and provided quick service for that problem. While he was working, he gave me some background, and advised me that it was time for sewer cleaning. He described that process and cost, and i have recently arranged for a return visit from Weld and Sons to do that work. This firm does not take advantage of your situation, chosing instead to do good work at a fair price, with the expectation that they'll be called back when you need other services. This is not how plumbers behave in Brooklyn, NY, my former home. this is better....!
