Description of Work: Everything went just fine. I was very satisfied with the plumber and all of my communications to get the work done. Had to replace gas valves and add leg to drip tee for service for gas driers to meet code in two rental units. Also replaced broken outdoor faucet. Clocked at 2 hours of labor at $128 per hour and $70 for the service call. Additional $63 for parts. After job was done and paid, was contacted that there would be an additional $90 charge for the permit that was required by the CIty and for their processing of the permit application. I did feel that the price was quite high, but was required to complete the work according to City rental inspector. Although I was very satisfied with the work, I might consider checking prices in the future to see if these rates are really the standard of the industry.

Price seemed a little steep @ $70 for service call and $130/hr (one hr minimum), but maybe that's pretty standard for plumbers. None the less, I was pleased.

Description of Work: My mom's outdoor faucet is located in her garage and she had damage from freezing that a handyman had attempted to fix with a short length of pipe and 2 joints. The joints were now leaking. Manny, the plumber from Weld, soldered in a new length of copper pipe and installed a drain faucet at the lowest point so the pipe can be drained when the water supply is shut off for the winter. He was prompt and courteous and got the job done quickly.
