Description of Work: I had a pipe leak in the basement. I had to turn the water off to the whole house in order to stop the leak. The company which I normally used could not send out a plumber until Tuesday. Another company that I called did not answer the phone and never returned the voicemail message I left. Vic from Weld answered the phone and came within half an hour. He replaced the pipe and the outside faucet to which the pipe lead. He cleaned up the area.

Description of Work: Weld and Sons replaced a very old bathroom shower valve, spigot and shower head. They were the only company we called that asked for specifics/pictures about what we wanted so they could come out and get it right the first time, without multiple visits. Will definitely hire them again!

Description of Work: The first stage was to remove a leaking shower drain from the upstairs bathroom and replace with a new one and install new trim for the shower. Along with this they fixed some venting that was not to code and rerouted the toilet water supply from the floor to the wall and moved the toilet drain a few inches closer to the wall. The second trip involved installing the shower head/arm assembly and the trim, as well as installing the vanity and toilet. | |I was very happy with the work they did. They were very professional and asked for my input throughout the process. They did not offer too many options in terms of times available for the work, but I just wanted to get the work done so I didn't mind.

Description of Work: The bill was as expected no surprises there person that came to the house was knowledgeable and professional . The one big problem,he showed up in a unmarked van. Not good,didn't know if I was getting a subcontractor or if it was indeed the people I talk to on the phone.

Description of Work: I had a clogged kitchen drain. The plumber was thoroughly professional. He successfully cleared the drain. I had told him that I had been unable to make any progress with a snake. He explained that the age an corrosion of the drainage pipe had created an unusually stubborn clog. I appreciated his careful attention to the problem as well as helpful information about the need to be aware of the condition of the pipe. The drain has remained clear.

Description of Work: Plumber arrived promptly, performed work efficiently, and provided good advice on problems beyond the scope of his capacity.

Description of Work: Replaced a pipe that had a pinhole leak, also fixed two valves - one that needed replacing due to age and one that broke during the repair process. Facilitated the water shutoff with the city to fix the second valve. Also recommended future needed repairs and explained why they will be needed. Dan was very courteous, professional and I will definitely be calling them for my future plumbing needs!
