Description of Work: I was very happy with this company. They were extremely transparent - on the initial call they gave me an idea of how long the project typically takes and clearly explained their rates. Even though I realized that each situation is different and that the estimate was no guarantee, I appreciated that they at least gave me a ballpark instead of refusing like most providers. That was why I hired them. They finished the work in half the time quoted and I was very happy with the end result. They will be my preferred plumber moving forward.

Description of Work: One of the toilets they installed a few months ago started to leak. I called them and they were out the next morning. The toilet was fixed at no charge. There customer service is excellent and service people very pleasant, respectful and competent.

Description of Work: Replaced and disposed of basement galvanized and undersized copper water piping, rerouted kitchen piping from the outside wall, removed old laundry tub and relocated/installed new laundry tub. |Don assisted with the initial walk-through and provided estimates in a timely manner. He was really easy to work with and gave thorough feedback from the start. Marcus and Brandt performed the final work and did a fabulous job. They even helped give us some extra instructions in rerouting the furnace condensate piping. It's about 6 months since the work was done, and everything has been working flawlessly. Would definitely call again.
