It was very good. They were easy to work with and they seemed to be very knowledgeable and very skilled. They cleaned up everything pretty nicely. I would use them again in the future and recommend them.

They came on time and did all the work as was estimated. They were friendly and cared about the cleanliness of the job site before and after they were finished. The main shut off was faulty and needed to be replaced and they did it efficiently and effectively. I am very happy with the service I received. They were very helpful with the ordering of the materials and getting them to the job site when I needed them for the counter top installation.

They were very friendly. They were willing to explain what they were doing and gave us tips to prevent a similar clog in the future. I would recommend them. The reason for the price being kind of high is because we had to call them out the day before Thanksgiving.

Once again, we were very pleased with the service we received from Weld & Sons Plumbing. They responded quickly to our call and were able to schedule an appointment right away. Kevin, the person who came to our house to do the installation, was timely, efficient, skilled, professional and pleasant. The price we were charged was right on budget. One of the main reasons we had the new water heater installed was to get rid of a sulfur smell in our water. It disappeared immediately, and no hint of it has returned. Kevin also did a good job on the toilet. The water no longer runs.

I was pleased with the service. The gentleman that came out was very clean. It was kind of a messy job. He took his shoes off when he came into our home. He kept a nice clean working area. He didn't want to leave until he was sure things were working better, which I appreciated.

We had a 15+ year old existing sump pump that was DIY installed long before we moved in. It was time to check/replace it. Received referral from Angie's List, and hired Weld & Sons for the job. Kevin came to house just a few days later (not an urgent replacement - old pump was still working). Kevin was friendly and professional. He explained the process, allowed me to observe/learn, and he installed the new pump within the the hour. He also provided advice regarding water softener and water heater maintenance when asked. Much appreciated.

They were very professional. They always tried to get the job done as soon as possible. They were on time every time they came over to work on the plumbing.

It took Rob at least an hour to figure out that it was coming from under the toilet. He replaced the old seal and fixed the leak. He was informative and polite. This was our fourth time hiring this company for a plumbing problem and they always satisfy us with their services! Highly recommended!

The whole experience was great! I called on Friday and was able to schedule a Monday appointment. Kevin called beforehand and let me know when he would be there. He was courteous, professional and took the time to show me proper techniques for keeping my drains maintained and avoiding future problems.

Called for an estimate and they came within a week. Got the estimate within a couple days. Called to schedule the work which was booked for a time within the next week. They arrived on time, reviewed the work that was to be done with me, worked quick and cleaned up after themselves. Very pleased with the quality of work.

They called me in advance to make sure I was home before they came. They were prompt and professional in how they handled the problem. They also brought the necessary equipment to do the repairs.

Vic was the service repair person on the job. He took the time to explain every thing that he was working on. Even educated me on how to free up the disposal or at least try before having to call a plumber. Vic was a very pleasant person to talk to.

Excellent. Our sump pump failed and considerable rain was expected. We bought a new pump and scheduled a repair for the next day. Tim worked fast and was very professional. He not only replaced the pump but, at our request, replaced the outflow line to accommodate the capacity of the new pump. He also replaced a vacuum breaker on an outdoor faucet, a last-minute request while he was here. They charge $65 for a service call, and it took 3 hours of labor at $112 per hour.

I called on Monday and Weld & Sons came out Tuesday morning. Kevin diagnosed the problem immediately, replaced the gaskets and suggested replacing the fill valve as well. The toilet is about 25 years old. The job took about 1 hour. Kevin was professional, pleasant and did the job needed. I would highly recommend this company.

Great! Nice service from first call to service. Everyone was polite and professional. They called ahead of time just like they promised and they completed the work on time and within the estimate.

I was trying to finish the ceiling in my basement and the bath trap (from the main level) was too low for my ceiling installation. Mike was able to raise the trap and replace an entire section of drain pipe going to the stack. This job required some creativity and Mike was able to pull it off perfectly. Even the city inspector commented on what a nice job he did. I sent pictures of the job via email to them and they gave me an estimate over the phone. They were able to schedule me in within a couple of days and arrived right on time. Weld and Sons has done work for me in the past and they have always done quality work. You might be able to find a cheaper plumber, but you will probably get what you pay for.

I am very pleased. The rep called on his way to say he would be here in 20 minutes, which is always good. When he arrived, I showed him the 2 toilets and what was wrong with each. For each, he said, this is easy, I can do this right now. For one of them, he suggested that I do an 'overhaul' and put a new mechanism in instead of replacing one piece to the existing corroded and old mechanism. I asked why I would do that and what the cost would be and he explained that to me. What impressed me is that he said that I would be charged the minimum service fee plus his time no matter what part of an hour he was here and that he could easily get what was needed done within one hour. I agreed to the work, and he completed it. Very professional, very nice, very polite. Asked if there was anything else he could do before leaving, gave me his card, and left.

Called in, spoke to polite representative who passed information to scheduler who called me back the same day, and the work was done within days.

Showed up on time. Very knowledgeable. Great to work with.

Don Weld Jr came out within a day or two of my calling to give me a bid and I had the bid in hand the next day. He was professional and gave me several ideas to make the bathroom more efficient and practical, and I ultimately used his suggestions. After accepting his bid, they were able to make it out within a week to do the work. There sent three guys to get the work done in one day so we didn't drag it out into two. They showed up on time, and communicated with me all day about their progress and answered my list of questions without hesitation. They were polite, professional, friendly and hard-working. We are extremely satisfied with the work that they did and would hire them again. They were the only company of three that I called that got me a bid in the same week and their price was far lower than the competitor. We plan to have them back in a few weeks to do the finish work-install toilet, vanity.

I called on a Monday afternoon and they were at my house on Tuesday morning. The repairman called when he was on his way to my home. Part of new new kitchen faucet included a new soap dispenser. The new soap dispenser's reservoir was larger than the one replaced. It didn't fit under my sink. There was a board in the way that Kevin cut away to make room. Kevin was very nice and performed the work well. They (and it seems most plumbers) work on time and materials basis. They were clear up front on what the charges would be.
