Was very impressed with this company. Call was handled professionally and promptly. Carlton phoned to say when he would arrive. Very professional and friendly young man completed the job quickly and efficiently and cleaned work site nicely. Would definitely call them next time we need a plumber!!

Extremely prompt, professional, and reasonably priced. Cannot recommend them enough! They were to my house within a half an hour after I called in a panic with a water pipe break.

The technician was able to quickly fix each drain and offer helpful tips to prevent future clogs. He also identified an issue with how the piping was installed under my sink and fixed it with no additional charge. Great service!

Overall, Weld & Sons did a good job. However, in the trenching process, they nicked my power line several times, which caused a 2 month delay in completing the project. They did re-sod my yard for no charge, which was much appreciated. However, my yard had an open trench last summer, so I can't give them all A's.

Wow! The whole project went great. We loved working with Weld from the very start. Tiffany was an integral part of helping us organize our thoughts and dream of possibilities. She answered all our questions and was an essential resource in planning. Every workman/craftsman who came to our house was punctual, professional, and tidy. The project was done on time without any of the dramas other friends have suffered in remodel projects. (They didn't use Weld!) However, the most satisfying aspect of the project was working with Russ, a master carpenter and thoroughly pleasant person. His attention to detail, and design advice, was wonderful!

I had the pleasure of working with the Weld & Sons team which was a great experience. From the start, with the first call with Sarah to schedule the quote with Don who I originally discussed only the plumbing. After I got to talking with Don, he mentioned that Weld & Sons could do everything for my project and ended up quoting everything except the tiling and electric (I had already contracted those). It was an easy decision to go with them at this point as a one stop shop. From that point, my main point of contact was Tiffany who was always fast to respond, find a solution, and a pleasure to work with - not to mention did great managing all the schedules. Russ did the demo and all the finish work - performing a high quality job to surpass all expectations. The plumbing rough-ins and plumbing fixtures were all installed to expectations. I always felt comfortable with their team in my home and they showed up for all scheduled work. We had one minor issue with the drain install due to the condo concrete floor that we had to work through. The fix was a little more expensive than I hoped but they were quick to find a solution to keep the project moving and I was happy with the end result. Overall, I would highly recommend Weld & Sons and they will definitely be my first call for any plumbing / remodeling needs! Thanks for the hard work!

Greg was on time and very professional. He climbed in the attic and searched in the wall and ceiling (previously exposed by our handyman) until he found the source of our leak. He replaced the portion of pipe where the leak was found (at some poorly sealed junctions). He was very kind to my dogs and very careful to clean up after himself. He took the time to explain the problem to me which I appreciated.

They were able to minimize the damage to our beautiful 1940's tile and put in the replacement tiles with some very caring and skilled tile work. Pretty amazing they were able to pull that off! Always did what they said and came when they said they would. Surprisingly cost effective too!

We spoke with Don Weld, who was very helpful discussing our problems and even answered an evening phone call from us. 1) We sent Sarah pictures of the bathtub drain system (she was very helpful) and Ben came out the same day (1/23/18) and fixed the drain leak. Ben was very good at working with our old and somewhat problematic plumbing. Total cost: $192 2) and 3) Kevin came out on 2/06/18 (we chose the date) and first replaced the two valves at the meter. They arranged with the city to shut off the water and turn it on later. Our house was built in 1925 and the replacement of the valves was a major job, requiring a fair amount of expertise at working with old systems. He then replaced the washers and dressed the seats in our 3 handled tub faucet, which also required a lot of experience working with old plumbing. Total cost: $441. Both Ben and Kevin were very pleasant, patient, and professional. They called in advance of their arrival and the scheduling worked very smoothly for us.

I can't say enough about Weld and Sons. This was a significant job - all new PEX water piping and removal of galvanized, updated drains to 2" for code, rough-in washer, laundry sink, bathroom sink, relocation of a toilet, relocation of floor drain and vent, new stand pipe and vent for utility room, water heater and softener. Don was incredibly attentive to details, his crew was on-time every day at 730am and was very respectful. At one point things were running behind and they had 7 plumbers working on getting everything finalized.

I needed my sewer clean-out access brought to the level my floor because we were going to have drain tile installed and pour concrete in the pit. Bid was competitive, crew was punctual and timely. Did a great job with my old 1927 cast iron plumbing. They had to dig out the earth around my main sewer line (in the basement pit), cut the pipe, and install an extension to reach the level of my basement floor. No complications, they did a great job!
