WE CLEAN GREEN

Stacy Fay, the owner, promptly cancelled on us on 12/5 for a cleaning scheduled on 12/8 - the day we were hosting a dinner party. The cleanings were routine bimonthly cleaning dates which had been in effect since the previous March. This is what her message said: "We are going to have to cancel this weeks cleaning, due to scheduling conflicts. I will be in touch when we can get you scheduled back in. Also, you have a balance due of $ 332.20. This covers services on 11/10 and 11/24. Thanks for mailing payment check asap." After not hearing from her for ten days I finally had to hire a new cleaning company on 12/15. Again, this is after eight months of regular service. Also noteworthy: I recommended her services to my neighbor and not once did I ever receive a "Thank You" or a concession. Regarding the costs, her rates are high considering she doesn't offer electronic payment. Her costs are ($40/hour PLUS tax!) to clean. I can confidently say that her workers are probably receiving less than 50% of that rate. Also because I suspect that she pays her workers meagerly I felt obligated to tip. Because she charges hourly, it was a constant battle to make sure the job was done in under four hours which is the absolute maximum it should take to clean our 2000/sqFT house. I personally feel that she financially exploits the "GREEN" name. For one thing, her workers, even though they use rags and natural cleaners, aren't trained to recycle. I saw one worker throw out cans and bottle and paper board. I am willing pay a little more in price if I don't have to hand hold in sorting recyclables. I can not recommend this company due to the owner's lack of professionalism and high costs.

I've been using them for the past year or so.

I arrange the time and date with Stacy via e-mail and then leave a list of priorities with my husband to give to the housecleaners when they come. It's worked out very well, and they do a good job. I have used a different service a couple times, but my preference is We Clean Green and I'm planning on sticking with them.

They always did a great job. They were really trustworthy, which was nice since we had them clean while we were living overseas. They were always very informative and helpful. Their prices were reasonable.

Quality of work is excellent. They use green cleaning products which they provide, this is a huge plus for us. The green cleaning products work just as well as standard products. Cost is a little on the high side, however, I am satisfied given the excellent work and green approach.

They are professional, friendly, thorough and efficient. I've been using them for about a year.

They have been very good. We have been using them once a month. They come for about 6 hours. They are a little more pricey than we thought. We are continuing use with their service.

The first time we had WCG clean was the first time we'd had a professional cleaning service and though they were somewhat late in arriving, the service was good and it was a wonderful feeling to come home to a clean house and not have to deal with all the hard work involved. It was right around $200 for one cleaner at $35/hr. We have a 2-story home with about 1200 square feet to clean (3 BDRM and 1.5 BATHS) with wood floors throughout. We had them clean again about a month later and this time they were on time and again, we were very satisfied with the service. The cleaner forgot the mop so they knocked $20 off the price. Then we had them again approximately 6 weeks later and they did a nearly perfect job at $200 for one cleaner for approx 6 hrs of work. The cleaner was very pleasant and we have been very satisfied with WCG and would love to use every week if we could afford it!

They did a good job, but spent more time than they thought they would on certain area and so didn't do others I'd hoped would get done.

Stacy is fantastic!! Very reliable and trustworthy. They do a fantastic job.

They are great - the floors are always mopped - the wood work is great. They take out the trash. They do special tasks as asked.

The experience went very well. The owner came over ahead of time and took a look at the place to see what needed to be done. She gave me an estimate of what it would cost to clean. They were very prompt, thorough, and thoughtful of my things, and did a nice job.

Overall, we're very pleased with their service!

They were fine for the one time I used them but I did investigate other companies.

They did a great job. I left them a list and prioritized the rooms in my home, as we had a general idea about how much of our home they could get to in three hours. When I returned home, they left me a note explaining which rooms they were unable to get to (from the bottom of the priority list), which was helpful feedback. I will have to live with the uncleaned areas until my monthly budget for house cleaning goes up, which it probably won't for awhile.

Stacy said she'd arrive between 1:30 and 2, and at 5 minutes to 2 I had to return to work, so I never met them. I guess they came about 10 mins past 2. My mom was visiting and was able to show them the list of work I wanted done. It was nice to come home to a clean home-they followed my list and even did a few other items I hadn't thought of. However, charging $35 per person (and since there were 2 of them, $70 an hour) is pretty steep. I was hoping it would have taken less time than almost 3 hours. I'm not sure I'm ready to dish out almost $200 on a biweekly basis for housecleaning. This is our first attempt at finding a cleaning service, I think I'll check around to see what the competition is like and what other companies charge.

They are flexible, they are friendly, and I like working with them.

This is a small company, but I am finding that the bi weekly cleaning is happening on a much more regular basis than my past service, and I have definitely noticed things are cleaner. The work WCG does on our wood floors is particularly nice and things are always back in place. WCG is definitely more expensive then the last cleaning company I used (which was also a green-products only cleaning company) but it has been worth the money!

Good, not great. When Stacy cleaned it was good, but then we were assigned a new house cleaner. Details were missed on one cleaning, the next she forgot to dust. I don't mind paying $35 an hour, but the basics such as dusting should be a given.

VERY CONSISTENT. THE CREW SHE WORKS WITH IS GREAT and WE'RE SATISFIED WITH THE EFFORT and THE RESULTS.
