I picked Waterproofing NE because they listened to my concerns and provided the education/solutions to my problems. I contacted several contractors and had three of them come to the house. My hope was that they would educate me and talk to me about our actual water issues. None of them did…. except Andrew. None of them walked around the outside of our house and none of them looked at our gutters or talked to us about how the water was getting in and how to solve our issues. except Andrew. He also worked with us once we accepted his bid, as we had a couple changes. After installing the drain tile and concrete, he then cleaned up and left the place better than what he found it. I'm very impressed with Waterproofing NE and Andrew.

Efficiency, Workmanship, Intelligence, Ethics, Good Humor: Andrew and his team of diligent, skilled and hard-working professionals installed a much-needed drain tile and sump system in our basement in 2 short days. At least they seemed like short days to me, but I wasn't the one carrying countless buckets of old concrete and damp soil up our stairs & down just as many steps to their trucks, returning with just as many tons of gravel and concrete. Every member of the crew was polite, treating us and our home with impeccable respect. Communication was clear, thorough, and always friendly. The price was every bit as good as the workmanship. Honest, good work. Andrew is incredibly knowledgeable in all things waterproofing, and his team completely took the stress out of the situation for my wife and I. We couldn't be happier with the work they did. As they were working on the job, they would periodically take a moment to show me what they were doing, why they were doing it, and how what they were doing would solve the problem.
