Because of reviews I actually went with a different competitor but when they failed to deliver on a set appointment date that they had set up. I reached out to Water Heaters Now, Inc. 15 minutes later Nate from Water Heaters Now, Inc contacted me he showed up 25 minutes later that same day. Nate was professional, knowledgeable, and courteous. He answered all my questions and concerns. I took Nate's recommendation and went with bigger eletric water heater. With the right pricing and 2.5 hours later Nate hauled off our old water heater, had Jake from Water Heaters Now, Inc come over and both of them installed the new 75 gallon Westinghouse Electric water heater. Once again thanks Water Heaters Now, Inc and Home Advisor definitely will recommend to all my friends and family.

Ray (owner) responded immediately to my request for help with a failed 16 yr old water heater. One of his guys came over later that day to assess the problem and then Ray explained my options would also require replacing the 'out of code' exhaust pipe. I chose the tankless unit with new exhaust and intake PVC pipes. A big job because my town home is a middle unit with a finished off basement. The crew arrived at 7 am the next morning, removed the old heater, re-plumbed and installed the new heater, ran the PVC out of the basement into the garage, up through the attic and out the back side of the roof. 12 hours later the last guy, Nate, left but not before he thoroughly explained the operation of the new unit. I gave 4.5 on work quality because the city inspector has them returning to correct a small firewall issue and to install a separate gas line regulator. 4.5 on value - the cost of the tankless is quite expensive up front. Overall, these guys did a great job. I strongly recommend.

A bit on the higher range in price but upfront and detailed on what to expect and were on time and did the install as expected.

Left a message on home advisor about 7AM that my heater didn't work, They called me back immediately and plumbers were here by 9:30. They did try to fix my old one but we decided it made more sense to get a new one which was installed by noon. Neat & efficient.

Timely, did what they said they would do. Patiently showed us on/off instructions for the water heater, answered questions. Respectful, would recommend to anyone.

Service tech was very professional and respectful of our home.

Pro needed to ventilate space better - we all got light headed from fumes.

The 2 installers were very knowledgeable about the make of water heater I had purchased and were very proficient installing the unit in the space they had to work with. They also cleaned up after themselves when the installation was completed so you could barely tell that they had been there,,, except for the endless supply of HOT WATER that was left behind!!!

These guys were great. Same day install, very informative, polite, thorough, answered all my questions. Everything was great. I would totally recommend them.

Water Heaters Now installed a new water heater the day after I called...they would of come out the same day had it been an emergency...Jake and Nate were friendly, professional and highly skilled...removal of the old and in with the new took less than 2 hours...the only signs of them being here was a NEW water heater...exceptional clean up...after they left I went downstairs and noticed a leak in a pipe they had NOT replaced, the leak was not there earlier, I would of noticed the wet concrete...I took a picture and sent it off to Jake...within minutes Nate responded with a phone call explaining the situation...he understood my frustration and called the owner to share...Ray responded almost immediately and explained what could of happened...I expressed more frustration and within seconds it was resolved...this is a company of utmost integrity and will do whatever it takes for customer satisfaction! I AM beyond grateful and extremely satisfied!

I needed a replacement Water Heater and these guys were incredibly quick to quote and get me a new Water Heater same day. Price seemed reasonable compared to others i shopped around for and Ray took some time to walk through multiple options to make sure I was satisfied. Installers were prompt and very professional. They took some time after the install to help me through useful tips and tricks to make sure my water heater lasts as long as possible. Overall I was very pleased with Water Heaters Now and would recommend them to anyone in need of a new Water Heater.

I hired them to replace my water heater. They were quick, courteous, and efficient. I liked that them explained to me what they were doing in layman's terms.

Ray was excellent to work with. Friendly and professional. Explained everything I needed to know and the installation went very smoothly. Was able to install on a Saturday with no problems, everyone else told me I had to wait until Monday or Tuesday. I would totally recommend them for your water heater needs.

Excellent service. Removed and installed water heater in a couple of hours. Old heater was over 30 years old so there were some upgrades needed to bring up to code. Ray took time to explain issues before and after install. After install, he took time to explain about maintenance and features of my new water heater.

Installer forget to turn electrical power on to the heater so we went without hot water for a day. Other than that all else was done professionally and courteously

No final inspection was done and had to replace breaker. Other than that great work.

Water Heaters Now did a fine job. They responded promptly, and our new water heater was installed within a couple of hours after I first spoke with them. Their installers were very professional, took appropriate steps to keep furniture and carpets clean, and made sure I understood what I needed to do to keep the new water heater functioning properly.
