I requested quotes from Home Advisor on a Sunday night after 6 pm. The owner of the company called me within an hour to discuss my project. By this time I did have a soft quote from a local plumber. However, they were hedging because of my need for a new Flue to meet the new building code. Their price was cheaper but they indicated extra work for the flue and other probable parts would have made it more expensive. Ray gave me a flat price including the new flue and I accepted. His crew arrived promptly at 8am the next morning. They were courteous and quick. Nate & Jake did a great job and finished taking out the old and putting in the new in less than 2 hours. Jake went over recommended maintenance and we were good. I have no concerns with the work and while I wish it would have been cheaper they were priced cheaper than the plumber and the Bradford White unit I bought was recommended by the plumber and my brother-in-law in the trades as a very good unit. My old one was that brand and lasted for 18 years. The only thing I would say is be prepared to write a check as they wanted to charge 3.5% for a credit card and that was not disclosed when I made the appointment.

Water Heaters Now were great to work with - very friendly and thorough in explaining options, not pushy at all! Though my water heater replacement was not an emergency situation, they had my old one out & new one installed within 24 hours. I even received text message updates on timing. These are local, friendly guys who know their stuff. I would absolutely recommend them & will use them again if needed.

Ended up with a lifetime-warranted commercial grade water heater at a great price. Installed quickly and without any issues. Highly recommended.

Very quick phone response and same morning completion of work. Very courteous and clean. Full explanation of work as it was happening and how the water heaters worked. They also provided several tips to extend the life of the water heaters. (Two were installed in a duplex.) I would gladly hire again but hope it won't be for 15 to 20 years.

They showed up on time, quickly did the work, kept the house protected from any mess and were fairly priced. I highly recommend them.

Vendor was prompt to contact me to replace my water heater. Was knowledgeable and answered my questions throughout. I did not like the angry attitude from tech who demanded payment without providing an invoice. He said I’d get an invoice after payment??!! Vendor is also very pricey. Cost me $1800 to replace water heater and there were added charges like administrative fee of $30 that were not disclosed during quote. Did a good job overall but I would not hire this vendor again.
