I’d highly recommend them for a water heater replacement. Unlike other companies they’ll give you a firm price over the phone and they do same day installs. If time isn’t urgent I’d consider shopping it around because there are definitely cheaper options out there but overall they did a great job. In an emergency I’ll keep them on speed dial. Thanks!

I called yesterday early evening asking for services for my water heater and they said they could be over to my house as soon as today between 10-2. I received a text message 30 minutes before arrival and the technician arrived at 11am. The work was done quickly and efficiently. I was thrilled after having waited 4 days without hot water to finally call someone. The technician explained the new water heater and was informative on the cleaning and maintenance procedures. We were just finishing 3 months of rehab on a house and noticed at 7 pm the night before the renters were to move in that the hot water heater was not working. Two days prior we had turned off the gas to change the supply lines to the gas stoves (the house had 2 separate kitchens). Well, the gas water heater would not restart. It was 11 years old but still had been working. We didn t know what to do so we checked Home Advisors and found Hot Water Heaters Now Inc. They called us at 7:00 the next morning and by 10:15 we had a new water heater installed. They quoted us a price at the beginning and that is what we paid. They were respectful and clean, using drop cloths on their work area. They were wonderful. We are so glad we found them through this site.

Customer service and installation were very good and very prompt. Technicians were efficient and pleasant. However, I was not informed that there would be a 2.5% fee for using a credit card for payment. I had to scramble to get enough money in my checking account to cover the cost..

The installers walked me through the annual process of draining the water heater in order to prolong it's life.

Explained how to do the maintenance after install was done. Left area clean. Even put a tarp down when hauling out the old unit.

I was in a bind and Water Heaters Now came out the next day to replace the HW Heater. Other companies I contacted were a week or more out. I especially liked the effort to make sure everything was AOK with every faucet in the house before they left. Some faucets needed cleaning due to the old WHeaters sediment in the tank that was being circulated to the faucets. #SavedTheDay

The estimate was more than 50% less than one other and more than $1,000 less than another. The crew was great and the job was done quickly and properly.
