Great experience working with Nate. Chose a tankless water heater. Service was prompt, professional, and they ensured everything was clean once complete. We also love the endless supply of hot water for those hesitant to switch to tankless! Unit price was a little higher than others but the quality and speed of the install far outweighed the minor product price difference.

The project was scheduled quickly. Could of had it done the same day but chose the first appt the next day as I am an early riser. Finished the job in a couple of hours. Installer was polite and left the area very clean.

Great service, quick & clean, got rid of the old one

All in all I am ok with the experience that I had today. It was quick that is for sure. Used HomeAdvisor at 11:30 am was called 1 minute later by Water Heaters Now and they told me they would be out from 12-2 pm. They arrived at 12:30 quoted me and had everything taken apart and installed before 2pm. Was not expecting that! With all that being said, I am giving a 3 star as they only gave me one option for a replacement water heater and to be up to code, they needed to install 2 unions and a new gas valve at the price of $185! (Which seemed a bit high but I am quite stupid to things like this). After using good old Google, I could not find any Dielectric unions for anywhere close to $45 a piece nor could I find a valve for a copper gas line for $95 dollars. I also looked up the price of the Bradford White Model RG250T6N and the most expensive I could find was $800. They charged me nearly $1400 for the thing (assuming that there might be some labor and costs for taking the old one in the price) is it really $600 for all that? When they sent me a receipt for the bill it did not include a full breakdown of the costs and I was really disappointed that I feel like they are not being up front with their customers about the costs of the full install. It all happened so fast that it is not until 12 hours later that I am realizing all of this. I amsure that the product that they put in is great maybe even top of the line like they said but I feel like I just paid the government to install my water heater.

I didnt know what the new water heater was going to cost until they were installing it. I think I may have done some more shopping prior to the installation had I been aware of the price. The product is a good one and the installer did a terrific job, but again, I dont know how the price of the installed heater compares with other equally good water heaters.

Ready to go -- they do what they say. Job was done in less than two hours - old heater out and new heater in and running. Courteous and helpful from first contact to techs. Great experience.

This company was very prompt and cleaned the site when finished. I liked the tag team approach where a prep worker arrived first and performed all of the set-up tasks. The installer followed and things went very quickly as all of the preparatory work was finished.

Scheduling was quick and easy and they replaced my water heater quickly without leaving any mess.

Bruce and Nate were on time, did the work as promptly as promised, and charged a fair price. I appreciated that Nate (office Nate, not installer Nate) was honest with me; he explained why I should go with a ProGrade Bradford White as opposed to a Rheem Pro. Had a great time chatting with Bruce; he's a lovely man. Excellent customer service! I'd definitely hire Water Heaters Now again; and I was grateful that they installed the new water heater before the old one gave out and flooded my basement! Top marks all 'round. Thank you!

I think I may have payed a bit more with this firm, but got a good water heater and quick service.
