I had a difficult emergency and originally hired another contractor who did half the job, charged an outrageous price and demonstrated an acute lack of expertise. When I finally hired Water Heaters Now, they were unbelievably fast, provided excellent customer service, they knew what they were talking about, had a wide array of options for me, had a warehouse full of product ready to go, and completed the job very quickly. Their price was also half the price of the first outfit. Overall a great experience.

My water heater replacement was not an emergency, but scheduled a week in advance. The company was able to give me an accurate estimate over the phone. The technician was on time and courteous. He was able to complete the task in the estimated time. My old water heater was removed from my property. The company also took care of the city permit application & that was a smooth process as well. The technician used drop cloths to protect my carpet and left the workspace clean. Satisfied and would recommend this company to anyone needing water heater replacement.

Awesome customer service (thanks Gabriel and Bruce!) with great expertise and able to handle all of my questions (I like to do a lot of research). While they may not be the absolute cheapest in the whole region, their quality of work/products and customer service were fantastic.
